¯ Kelvin O. Thomas, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with three counts of first-degree criminal contempt and three counts of aggravated family offense. Officers responded Wednesday at 9:56 a.m. to West Fourth Street for a domestic dispute. An investigation found that Thomas was in violation of stay away orders. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident and held for arraignment.

¯ Karl A. Ortiz, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded Tuesday at 3:34 p.m. to Bush Street for a physical domestic incident. An investigation found that Ortiz allegedly struck a woman in the face, screamed in her face and pushed her. Ortiz also reportedly damaged property belonging to the woman. The incident took place in front of a 1-year-old. Ortiz was taken to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Alicia M. Alexander, 40, of Jamestown, was taken into custody Tuesday at 7:56 p.m. Officers observed Alexander at a Strong Street residence and had a valid felony warrant for her arrest. Alexander attempted to hide on a rear porch roof but was taken into custody following a brief struggle. Alexander was transported to Jamestown City Jail on the warrant and was additionally charged with resisting arrest. She was later released.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ Dale Linkous, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without an interlock device. Troopers stopped Linkous Saturday on Route 60 near Jamestown for not wearing a seat belt. A check showed that Linkous had multiple driving suspensions and an order of protection directing him to avoid all contact with the passenger. He was processed and issued tickets to appear in Kiantone Town Court later.
