JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Brandon P. Dubois, 30, of Frewsburg, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to maintain lane, refusal of roadside breath test and driving while intoxicated. Officers responded Sunday at 12:11 a.m. to a crash in the area of Winsor and Orchard streets. It was reported that a vehicle struck a parked car and fled the scene with two flat tires. The vehicle was located on Allen Street. Dubois was located in the driver’s seat, and it was determined that he was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Dubois was transported to Jamestown City Jail and later released with appearance tickets.

¯ Haley M. Meuker, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain lane, failure to maintain signal, driving while ability impaired first offense and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Chris J. Hewitt, 48, of Pennsylvania, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Meuker was stopped Friday at 5:49 p.m. at East Fourth and East Second streets. An investigation found that Meuker was allegedly operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs. Both were released with tickets to appear in Jamestown City Court later.

¯ Kylah M. Seiberg, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass. Matthew P. Miles, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded Saturday at 12:58 p.m. to Prendergast Avenue for a report of an open door. It was learned that Seiberg and Miles were allegedly inside an apartment without permission and that Miles was violating an order of protection to stay away from Seiberg. Both were transported to Jamestown City Jail.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ RIPLEY — Isiah T. Fuentes, 21, of Ripley, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies responded Friday at 7:43 p.m. to Ross Street in Ripley for a report of an altercation. An investigation found that Fuentes was allegedly in violation of an order of protection. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ DUNKIRK — Christina A. Maldonado, 34, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, operating vehicle with no head lights and operating vehicle with no tail lights. Deputies observed a vehicle traveling with no head or tail lights Friday at 1:54 a.m. on Route 5 in the city of Dunkirk. Maldonado was taken into custody following an investigation. She is scheduled to answer the charges in Dunkirk City Court later.

¯ ELLERY — Sally Lawson, 63, of Bemus Point, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. Deputies responded to Belleview Road in the town of Ellery for a reported aggravated harassment. Deputies determined Lawson allegedly called the 911 county dispatch center more than 100 times for no legitimate purpose. Lawsons calls reportedly included threats of violence and death towards 911 dispatchers and responding deputies. She was issued a ticket to appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date.
