Deputies responded to an address in Mayville for a reported altercation. Upon arrival, deputies learned Bartok fled the scene. He was found near a wooded area near the scene. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ Devon A. Estus, 27, and Ashley A. Estus, 28, no addresses given, were each charged with two counts with endangering the welfare of a child. According to police it was learned through investigation that both allegedly failed to provide proper supervisision for a 10-year-old child, and also failed to seek timely medical attention for a 10-month-old child. Both will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
