LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Matthew P. Miles, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree harassment. Officers were called to Walmart Saturday at 9:30 a.m. for a report of a woman being struck by a man inside the store. An investigation found that the woman had been struck in the face, causing her nose to bleed and hurt. Miles was located in the parking lot and was taken into custody. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Brandon T. Dietzel, 21, of Jamestown, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Officers responded Saturday at 12:19 a.m. to Baker and William streets for a crash. It was reported that a vehicle had struck a parked car and was attempting to leave. Dietzel was taken into custody following an investigation. A breath sample showed his BAC was nearly twice the legal limit. Dietzel was released with tickets to appear in court later.

¯ Marrino Floyd, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. Officers responded Friday at 8:51 p.m. to Stowe Street for a reported domestic dispute. It was learned that Floyd allegedly restrained another person, not allowing them to leave. At another point, Floyd reportedly displayed a knife, threatening the victim. Floyd was being held for arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ WESTFIELD — Shawn M. Cettell, 32, of Westfield, was charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment. Deputies and Westfield police were called to a residence May 6 for a reported altercation. Following an investigation, it was learned that Cettell allegedly displayed a weapon during the altercation. He was released with tickets to appear in Westfield Town Court later.

¯ CASSADAGA — Raynal D. Elderkin-Cassatt, 43, of Cassadaga, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Deputies were at a residence Sunday at 11:30 a.m. on Frisbee Road in Cassadaga when an altercation occurred. Elderkin-Cassatt reportedly shoved another person in front of a child. She is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later.
