¯ Amber L. Harrington, 20, of Jamestown, and Amani A. Welisevich, 20, of Hamburg, were each charged with third-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree menacing. Officers responded Tuesday at 10:30 p.m. to West 13th Street for a reported fight. Officers observed a broken windshield on a Toyota Corolla and several broken windows to a house. An investigation learned that Harrington smashed the windshield of the vehicle by using a heavy floor scraper. In retaliation, Welisevich allegedly threatened Harrington by wielding a bat and breaking four windows of the home. Both incidents occurred in front of two juveniles under the age of 15 who were sitting in the rear of the vehicle. Both were waiting to be arraigned.

¯ Ricky Saddler, 34, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers were patrolling Tuesday at 3:54 p.m. when they observed a male chasing a female who was screaming. It was later learned that Saddler was in violation of a stay away order. He was taken to Jamestown City Jail for arraignment,.
