¯ CLYMER — Jacob Troyer, 19, of Clymer was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers responded Sunday to Pork Road in Clymer for a report of a vehicle off the road. Troyer reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and later provided a breath sample of 0.12%. He was processed and issued a ticket to appear in French Creek Town Court later.
¯ KENNEDY — Joseph Marucci, 30, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated. Marucci was stopped Sunday on Interstate 86 for reportedly driving 91 mph in a 65 mph zone. Marucci reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and later provided a breath sample of 0.15%. He was processed and issued a ticket to appear in Poland Town Court later.
¯ FREWSBURG — Andrew Mattson, 28, of Frewsburg was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Troopers responded Saturday to a Frewsburg residence for a reported domestic disturbance. An investigation found that Mattson allegedly struck the victim in the face and took her phone as she attempted to call for police. Mattson reportedly fled the scene prior to troopers arriving but was located a short time later. He was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.
¯ LITTLE VALLEY — Levi Brown, 42, of Little Valley was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Troopers responded Friday to a Little Valley residence to assist EMS with. An investigation found the Brown violated an order of protection to stay away from the female. Brown was processed and is scheduled to appear in court later.
