CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ PORTLAND — Henry T. Chapman, 47, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a BAC of 0.18% or greater, failure to keep right and speed in zone. Deputies stopped a vehicle Tuesday at 1:40 a.m. on West Main Street in the town of Portland for multiple traffic violations. An investigation found that Chapman was intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Portland Town Court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENTS

¯ Danielle M. Sandberg, 30, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Sandberg reportedly took items from Walmart Tuesday at 7:18 p.m. She was processed and released with a ticket to appear in Busti Town Court later.

¯ Allison D. Caughey, 18, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Caughey reportedly took items from Walmart Monday at 7:16 p.m. She was processed and released with a ticket to appear in Busti Town Court later.
