CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ HANOVER — Jospeh F. Oshei, 45, of Chaffee, N.Y., was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree felony aggravated unlicensed operation, operating out of ignition interlock restrictions, aggravated driving while intoxicated blood alcohol content .18 or higher, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and unlicensed operator. Deputies responded Sunday at 7:02 p.m. in the town of Hanover for a report of a vehicle stuck in a yard. An investigation determined that Oshei was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition and also had a revoked driver’s license. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Justin L. Stoll, 25, of Westfield was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Deputies observed a vehicle Monday at 7:54 p.m. that had reportedly been involved in a shoplifting in the village of Lakewood. Stoll, who was located on Route 394 in the town of Chautauqua, was later found to be in possession of stolen property. He is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.

¯ SHERIDAN — Nilsa Rivera, 56, of Silver Creek was charged with driving while intoxicated, speed in zone and refusal of pre-screen breath test. Deputies observed a vehicle speeding on Route 20 in the town of Sheridan Sunday at 1:03 a.m. Rivera was taken into custody following an investigation. She is scheduled to appear in Sheridan Town Court later.

¯ SHERIDAN — James E. Stuart, 27, of Wright City, Oklahoma, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with BAC greater than 0.18%, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely, speed in zone and operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic device. Deputies on Sunday at 2:53 a.m. observed a vehicle commit several lane violations as well as traveling in excess of the posted speed limit on Route 20 in the town of Sheridan. Stuart was taken into custody following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Sheridan Town Court later.

¯ MINA — Jesse M. Kovitch, 25, of Chautauqua was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a BAC 0.18% or greater, moving from lane unsafely and unregistered motor vehicle. Deputies responded Saturday at 1:58 a.m. to a vehicle complaint on Interstate 86 in the town of Mina. Kovitch was taken into custody following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Mina Town Court later.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Branden E. Moore, 21, of Silver Creek was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment. Deputies responded Saturday at 6:03 a.m. to Robinson Road in the village of Silver Creek for a reported unlawful imprisonment. An investigation determined Moore allegedly held a woman against her will after shoving her to the ground. Moore reportedly fled the area, but was located a short time later by the New York State Police. he was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
