LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Michael J. Lisciandro, 29, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. Lisciandro was taken into custody Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. after he was reportedly found taking items from Walmart on Fairmount Avenue. A 5-year-old child was with Lisciandro at the time of the theft. He was released with tickets to appear in Busti Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Shawn D. Lawson, 28, of Jamestown was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, improper headlights, improper tail lights and windshield not transparent. Officers stopped a vehicle Tuesday at 5:37 p.m. in the area of Hallock Street and Newland Avenue. Lawson was determined to be driving his vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was processed and released with tickets to appear in Jamestown City Court later.
