¯ CHERRY CREEK — Joseph I. Chadwick, 19, of Gowanda was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Deputies responded Monday at midnight to a residence in Cherry Creek for a report of a vehicle that had been taken. Chadwick was taken into custody following an investigation. The vehicle was recovered by the owner. Chadwick is scheduled to appear in Cherry Creek Village Court later.

¯ FREWSBURG — Christopher Gullotti, 30, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded Sunday at 12:11 a.m. to Frewsburg for a criminal mishcief incident. An investigation found that Gullotti allegedly entered another person’s property and damaged property. He is scheduled to appear in Carroll Town Court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Justin A. Baez, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny. Baez was taken into custody following an investigation into a burglary Nov. 21 at Rural Ministries, 319 Washington Ave., Dunkirk. Baez is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk Town Court later.
