ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Wallace F. Page, 45, of Jamestown was charged with larceny. Officers were called Monday to Dunn Tire on Fairmount Avenue for a report of employee theft. An investigation found that Page allegedly taken four sets of tires and sold them to another person. Page is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Christopher D. Toole, 43, of Jamestown was charged with felony aggravated family offense, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Officers responded Wednesday at 9:19 a.m. to Fairmount Avenue for a reported domestic dispute. A woman told officers that Toole hit her with a TV, causing damage to the appliance. The woman was not injured. Toole was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Tyler G. Coulter, 21, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal contempt, aggravated family offense, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers responded Tuesday at 3:15 p.m. to Livingston Avenue for a reported domestic dispute. A woman said Coulter allegedly entered her house and engaged in an altercation in front of a 4-year-old child. It was later learned that Coulter violated an order of protection to refrain from offensive contact with the female. Coulter was located hiding in the basement of the residence and was taken into custody.
