JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Charlene A. Vergith, 38, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded to a Falconer Street address at 12:49 a.m. on Thursday for a report of a disorderly female. Vergith allegedly damaged various items at the residence. She was transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Anthony J. Triscari, no age or address given, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment, second-degree menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded Wednesday at 9:44 p.m. for a reported domestic dispute in the village of Falconer. An investigation found that Triscari allegedly broke property and brandished an instrument in front of a child. During the incident, Triscari also reportedly struck another person with a TV. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.

¯ Raymond C. Finch III, no age or address listed, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers stopped a vehicle Wednesday in Falconer. Finch, a rear passenger in the vehicle, was determined to have a warrant out of Jamestown. During the arrest, Finch was also found in possession of two Suboxone strips. He was issued an appearance ticket and later turned over to the Jamestown Police Department.
