¯ Jesus M. Rodriguez-Marrero, 44, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers at 12:37 p.m. on Tuesday observed Rodriguez-Marrero walking on East Sixth Street. Rodriguez-Marrero had a confirmed probation warrant and was taken into custody. While inside the jail, Rodriguez-Marrero was reportedly found in possession of 12.5 grams of fentanyl. He was being held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SHERMAN — Lisa J. Penhollow, 52, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to dim highbeams and refusal of pre-screen breath test. Deputies on Nov. 28 at 11:15 p.m. observed a vehicle fail to dim its headlights to oncoming traffic in the town of Sherman. Penhollow was identified as the driver and was taken into custody following an investigation. Penhollow will answer the charges in Sherman Town Court later.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Kelly E. Lederhouse, 34, of Derby was charged with driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Deputies responded Nov. 30 at 11:30 p.m. to a vehicle complaint in Silver Creek. Lederhouse was identified as the driver and was taken into custody following an investigation. She is scheduled to answer the charges in Silver Creek Village Court later.

¯ FREDONIA — Raaed K. Kassem, 31, of Buffalo was charged with DWI, refusal of pre-screen breath test, felony first-degee aggravated unlicensed operation, speed in zone and second-degree criminal impersonation. Deputies on Sunday at 1:02 a.m. observed a vehicle reportedly speeding on Water Street in Fredonia. Deputies learned Kassem was allegedly misrepresenting himself as his brother to avoid further charges. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment and held in lieu of bail.
