JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Ricky L. Myers, 43, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded Monday at 6:35 p.m. to 31 Pullman St. for a physical domestic incident. An investigation found that Myers allegedly pinned a female victim on the couch and began choking her in front of an 11-year-old. Myers was taken into custody and held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

¯ Miguel Rodriguez, 54, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded Monday at 5:30 p.m. to Lincoln Street for a domestic dispute. It was learned that Rodriguez allegedly shoved a female and child during an altercation. He was taken into custody and held for arraignment.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ RANDOLPH — Lynn Sheldon, 70, of Randolph was charged with driving while intoxicated. Sheldon was stopped Sunday on Main Street in Randolph for a traffic violation and was taken into custody after reportedly failing several field sobriety tests. Sheldon later provided a breath sample of 0.14%, and is scheduled to appear in Randolph Town Court later.

¯ BEMUS POINT — Sally Lawson, 62, of Bemus Point was charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident and second-degree criminal nuisance. Troopers responded Sunday to a Bemus Point residence for multiple 911 calls. Upon arrival, Lawson was reportedly belligerent, refused assistance and told troopers to leave. She reportedly repeated the process multiple times throughout the afternoon. After determining that Lawson never needed police or medical assistance, she was taken into custody and later transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ GERRY — Nicholas Dean, 29, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Dean was stopped Saturday on Route 60 in Gerry for a traffic violation, and his license was found to be suspended. During a search, troopers located two Pregabalin capsules and a digital scale. Dean was released with tickets to appear in Gerry Town Court later.

¯ KENNEDY — Stephanie Cronk, 45, of Randolph was charged with DWI. Troopers stopped Cronk Saturday on Grubb Hill Road for a traffic violation. She was taken into custody after failing several field sobriety tests and later provided a breath sample of 0.12%. Cronk was processed and released with appearance tickets.
