ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Jason E. Haight, no age or address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and false personation. Officers stopped a vehicle Monday at 12:29 a.m. on Fairmount Avenue. It was learned that Haight, a backseat passenger, was in violation of a mandated court order. During the investigation, Haight also reportedly gave officers a different name. He was released with tickets to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ ASHVILLE — David Soderberg, 30, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree criminal contempt. Troopers responded Nov. 15 to an address in Ashville for a report of a domestic incident. An investigation found Soderberg had allegedly struck the victim in the face several times, causing injury. Troopers learned there was also an order of protection against Soderberg. He was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ FALCONER — Corey Reichardt, 27, of Lakewood was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Troopers stopped Reichardt on Tuesday on South Work Street in Falconer for several traffic violations. Reichardt reportedly gave troopers another person’s name, but was taken into custody after his was positively identified. A check of Reichardt’s driving record showed nine suspensions and/or revocations. He was processed and transported to jail.
