CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ CLYMER — Lawrence N. Doutt, 52, of Columbus Township, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speed in zone. Deputies stopped a vehicle Monday at 8:38 p.m. on Plank Road in the town of Clymer for a traffic violation. Doutt was taken into custody following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Clymer Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Monica R. Pacheco, 35, and Tony J. Stebbins, 32, both of Jamestown were taken into custody on outstanding warrants out of Warren County, Pa. Officers observed the pair walking Tuesday around 4:12 a.m. in Brooklyn Square. Pacheco and Stebbins were transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
