¯ CHARLOTTE — Keith A. Blair, 38, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies had been looking into a report of damaged property at a campground in the town of Charlotte. It was learned that Blair allegedly damaged the property on Swanson Road without permission. He is scheduled to appear in Charlotte Town Court later.
