¯ William J. Morse, 37, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of forcible touching and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. An investigation took place by the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division, Jamestown Police Department and Lakewood-Busti Police Department regarding a suspicious situation Sept. 8. It was learned Morse allegedly engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile in Jamestown and Busti. Morse is scheduled to appear in both courts at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Mark G. Watson, 29, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Police were alerted Wednesday that a woman was seen being dragged by a male on Frederick Boulevard. Watson was detained with help from the Lakewood-Busti Police Department after he was observed exiting a window at a nearby residence. It was learned Watson had a valid order of protection to stay away from the residence. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
