CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

ELLERY — Jacqueline J. Moore, 24, of Bemus Point was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI per se having a blood-alcohol content of 0.18% or higher, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely and inadequate muffler after she was pulled over at 1:45 a.m. Friday on Fluvanna-Townline Road, Ellery. Polie report seeing a vehicle violating vehicle and traffic law and pulled the vehicle over. Moore was processed and released to be in Ellery Town Court later.

¯ RIPLEY — Joseph Grisewood, 25, of Belmont was charged with DWI, moving from lane unsafely and refusal of a pre-screen breath test at 1:43 am. Oct. 16. According to a police report, deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident at 1:43 a.m. Oct. 16 on Loomis Street, Ripley, and identified the driver as Grisewood. Following an investigation, Grisewood was charged. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for the Centralized Arraignment Program.

¯ MINA — Nicole Schurman, 35, of Sherman was charged with DWI, DWI per se and speeding at 3:09 a.m. Oct. 19 on North Road, Mina. Deputies reported seeing a vehicle speeding on North Road and pulled it over. Schurman will be in Mina Town Court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ BEMUS POINT — Sally Lawson, 62, of Bemus Point was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Troopers responded Wednesday to a residence in Bemus Point for a report of a domestic dispute. An investigation found that Lawson, while in an intoxicated condition, allegedly struck the window of the victim’s truck until it shattered. Lawson was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ Ryan McWilliams, 26, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana. McWilliams was stopped Tuesday on Route 394 in the town of Ellicott for not wearing a seatbelt. Inside the vehicle, troopers reported finding a bag containing marijuana. McWilliams is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court next month.
