CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ RIPLEY — Karri L. Treacle, 36, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speed not reasonable and prudent, unsafe lane change and improper plates. Deputies were called at 5:10 a.m. on Wednesday to Sherman Road in the town of Ripley for a rollover crash. An investigation found Treacle was operating her vehicle in an intoxicated condition. She is scheduled to answer the charges in Ripley Town Court later.

¯ Jennifer L. Fain, 33, of Jamestown was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. The Chautauqua County Criminal Investigation Division was investigating a burglary complaint, and it was found that Fain was allegedly in possession of stolen property from that burglary. She was issued an appear ticket to be in Jamestown City Court later.

¯ MAYVILLE — Eric A. Courtier, 29, of Mayville was charged with petit larceny. Deputies responded Oct. 17 to Water Street in the village of Mayville for a larceny that reportedly took place over several days from Sept. 21 to Sept. 26. An investigation found that Courtier had taken various consumable goods from the store without paying. He is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Steven M. Lester, 33, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 11:23 a.m. on Wednesday to a violent domestic incident on Hazzard Street. Officers observed Lester punching out a second story window. He was also seen yelling and threatening a female inside. Lester allegedly threatened to kill the female with a board. He was transported to UPMC Chautauqua for treatment and later taken to Jamestown City Jail.
