JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Paul R. Peru, 40, of Jamestown was charged with failure to use designated lane, driving on sidewalk, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and refusal to take breath test. Officers at 9:45 p.m. on Monday observed a vehicle failing to use the designated lane and driving on and off of the sidewalk. An investigation determined that Peru was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail where he refused a chemical breath test.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Patrick O’Brady, 19, of Falconer was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers were dispatched Monday to an alleged domestic incident at an Ellicott residence. An investigation found that O’Brady had violated a valid order of protection. He is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ HARMONY — Randall D. Lawergren, 62, of Panama was charged with resisting arrest, second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree harassment. Deputies on Monday were called to a location in the town of Harmony for a well-being check. While on location, Lawergren allegedly threw beer and beer cans at deputies. He also resisted arrest and threatened harm to the deputies. Lawergren was being held at Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.

¯ HANOVER — Zonnasage Iliohan-Blumepif, 29, of Silver Creek was charged with DWI and no/inadequate lights. Deputies stopped a vehicle Monday in the town of Harmony for a violation. Iliohan-Blumepif is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
