¯ KENNEDY — Ryan Layton, 36, of Erie, Pa., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana. Troopers stopped a vehicle Oct. 14 on Interstate 86 for speeding. During a search of the vehicle, troopers reportedly found five Adderall pills, an unmarked bottle containing marijuana vegetation and a pipe containing burnt marijuana. He was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ GERRY — Henrey C. Millard II, 61, of Gerry was charged with third-degree sexual abuse. An investigation found that Millard allegedly had sexual contact with another person without consent. He is scheduled to answer the charge later in Gerry Town Court.
