ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Jessica L. McAdoo, 26, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Police responded to a business at 8:40 p.m. on Tuesday for an alleged larceny complaint. McAdoo was taken into custody following an investigation. She is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Joseph A. Snyder, 35, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of burglar’s tools. Police were called to Walmart Monday at 9:50 p.m. for a larceny in progress. Snyder was allegedly found in possession of multiple items taken from the store. It was learned Snyder allegedly damaged Walmart property using sharp items to tear open packaging. He is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

¯ Cory J. Hartman, 45, no address given, was charged with second-degree harassment. Hartman allegedly threatened to do harm to a 19-year-old female during an argument. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in Busti Town Court later.

¯ Daniel D. Sansom, 24, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree menacing. Police were called to Walmart at 4:13 a.m. on Tuesday for a person threatening a patron with a knife. Sansom was found to have allegedly pulled a knife on a female in the parking lot. Sansom is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Eli B. Malinowski, 34, of Waterford, Pa., was charged with two counts of failure to keep right, operating with a suspended driver’s license and driving while ability impaired by drugs. Officers at 7:33 p.m. on Tuesday observed a vehicle driving on the wrong side of Baker Street. The vehicle then made a wide turn Hallock Street where it was stopped. Malinowski said he left his house at 3 p.m. and was going to Walmart in Lakewood. He failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
