CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ NORTH HARMONY — Kurt D. Crytzer, 27, of Ashville was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speed in zone. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 9:07 p.m. on Saturday for a traffic violation on North Maple Avenue in the town of North Harmony. An investigation found that Crytzer was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Crytzer was released with tickets to appear in North Harmony Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Mathew P. Miles, 25, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and false personation. Officers stopped a man riding a bicycle with no lights at 11:42 p.m. on Monday on Main Street in Brooklyn Square. The man initially gave officers a false name but was later identified as Miles, who was later found to have a bench warrant out of Jamestown. He was also allegedly found in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. Miles was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Casey A. Saeger, 21, was charged with trespass, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and false personation. Officers responded to a report of a male trespassing at a closed business on East Livingston Avenue. Saeger, who was found upon checking the building, reportedly falsely identified himself to officers and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Saeger was issued appearance tickets to be in Ellicott Town Court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ Daniel Blake, 25, of Falconer was charged with petit larceny. Troopers received a walk-in complaint of a theft on Saturday. An investigation found that Blake allegedly stole the victim’s credit card from a safe and used it for cash advances. Blake is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
