CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ HANOVER — Christopher W. Killock, 38, of Gowanda was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to keep right. Deputies stopped a vehicle Friday at 1:49 a.m. on Route 39 in the town of Hanover for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Killock was driving in an intoxicated state. He is scheduled to answer the charges in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ HANOVER — John D. Runyon, 55, of Silver Creek was charged with aggravated DWI with a BAC of 0.18% or higher, DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone. Deputies stopped a vehicle Saturday at 4:22 p.m. for a traffic violation on Dennison Road in the town of Hanover. Runyon is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ ASHVILLE — Steven M. Jackson, 24, of Warren, Pa., was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sex abuse. An investigation was conducted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division into a report of a suspicious situation. Through the investigation, it was found that between the months of August 2017 and December 2017, Jackson allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a juvenile victim. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Jackson, and he was taken into custody Friday. Jackson was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Brent D. Nelson, 48, was charged with DWI. Officers stopped a vehicle Saturday at 12:58 a.m. in the village of Falconer. Nelson was issued an appear ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court following an investigation.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Jesse J. Young, 23, of Jamestown was charged with DWI, DWI per se, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, open container inside a motor vehicle, speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana. Officers on Saturday at 10:08 p.m. observed a vehicle at a high rate of speed on Baker Street Extension in the town of Busti. An investigation found that Young was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was also found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana, open containers of alcohol in the vehicle and had a revoked license. Young is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later to answer the charges.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Lori L. Cobb, 53, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded Friday at 11:39 p.m. to a reported domestic incident on West Ninth Street. A victim stated he was working at the location when Cobb allegedly used her vehicle to bump his vehicle. Cobb then reportedly got out of the vehicle and ripped a necklace off the victim’s neck. The necklace, valued at $250, could not be located. Cobb was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Christopher J. Light, 39, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree criminal trespass. Officers responded Sept. 19 at 6:04 p.m. to an East Second Street location for an order of protection violation. It was found that Light allegedly entered the residence of a woman, violating a valid stay away order of protection. He was located on scene and taken into custody without incident.

¯ Bryan K. Livingston Jr., 21, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers responded Saturday at 4:50 p.m. to West Fifth Street for a report of two men trespassing on a porch. Officers found Theodore Fransisco, 28, who had an active bench warrant through Jamestown City Court, and Livingston, who also had a warrant through the city. Livingston was also found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. Both were taken to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Jorge L. Rivera, 36, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Officers responded to Tops Markets, 738 Foote Ave., for a shoplifting complaint. An investigation found that Rivera allegedly took merchandise and attempted to leave the store. He was taken into custody and held for arraignment.
