Cherry Creek Teen Charged After Incident
CHERRY CREEK — An 18-year-old Cherry Creek youth was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail after a fight at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
According to a police report, deputies responded to Cherry Creek for a reported physical altercation between two people. Joseph I. Chadwick 18, of Cherry Creek allegedly held another person down and didn’t them leave the residence. Chadwick reportedly started the altercation and was trying to choke the other party involved. He was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
Chadwick was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail to await arraignment.
