JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Thomas E. Salverson, 40, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded to 269 Broadhead Ave. on Wednesday for an unwanted male. An investigation found that Salverson allegedly entered the residence and damaged property before leaving. Salverson was later located and taken into custody. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail for arraignment.
¯ Mackenzie M. Kepler, 18, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Officers responded Wednesday at 9:13 p.m. to Family Dollar on South Main Street for a reported shoplifting. An investigation found that Kepler allegedly walked out without paying. Kepler was taken into custody and is scheduled to be arraigned later.
¯ Kenneth Mosley, 36, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers responded Thursday at 2:11 a.m. to a domestic dispute in the area of Falconer and Thayer streets. Mosley was found sitting on the front porch of a Falconer Street residence. He was found to have outstanding warrants and reportedly refused to put his hands behind his back. Mosley was eventually taken into custody and held for arraignment.
