CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ RIPLEY — Matthew J. Fowler, 44, of Ripley was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded Friday at 9:57 p.m. to a residence on East Lake Road in Ripley for a reported disorderly person. It was learned that Fowler allegedly damaged property belonging to another person. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Kevin T. Klemens, 30, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Officers investigated a larceny that took place Friday. It was learned that Klemens was a groomsman in a wedding and allegedly stole the newlyweds cards with gifts. He was taken into custody and transported to city jail.
