Four people were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a joint investigation by members of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, and Olean, New York State and Allegany village police departments on Thursday at 12:05 a.m.

Officers executed a search warrant for 67 N. Third St. Allegany. After executing the warrant, officers located 36 grams of crack cocaine and scales and packaging used in the alleged distribution of narcotics. Officers charged Scott R. Hirlman, 47, of 67 N. Third St., Allegany, and Angela M. Rogers, 29, of 67 N. Third St., Allegany and Telina L. Swindle, 22, of 378 Davidson Alley, Buffalo, and Keandre R. Woodard, 25, of 77 Stewart St., Buffalo with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

All of the subjects were transported to Allegany Town Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
