CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ DUNKIRK — Dakota C. Wilson, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and unlawful possession of marijuana. Deputies were called July 17 to the city of Dunkirk for a reported harassment. An investigation found that Wilson allegedly violated a stay away order of protection. Wilson was held at Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
¯ DUNKIRK — Olmaris Tirado, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Deputies were called to Dunkirk on Sunday for a reported large fight. Tirado was found to be fighting on Central Avenue in the city, and resisted arrest and fled. Tirado was later taken into custody after a short pursuit. He will appear in Dunkirk City Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Virmillianette Torres Rodriguez, 21, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded Sunday at 9:20 p.m. to 351 Foote Ave. for a domestic incident. An investigation found that Rodriguez allegedly damaged several windows to an apartment and to windows of a vehicle parked in the driveway. Rodriguez was taken to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
