JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Jonathan Rivera, 33, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree stalking. Officers were dispatched Thursday in the area of Liberty Street for a domestic dispute. Rivera was located near Lakeview Avenue and East Sixth Street. He was reportedly found with a bike found to be stolen from the victim. Rivera also reportedly made several unwanted calls and text messages to the victim. He was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail for arraignment.

¯ Two teenagers were charged at 2 a.m. Monday after a fight at 50 E. Eighth St. According to a police report, officers dispersed a crowd that had gathered, but monitored several smaller crowds moving west through the city. At 2:20 a.m., officers saw several people in the backyard at 830 Cherry St. where a person informed officers that no one should be. As officers were detaining a 16-year-old boy, an 18-year-old girl allegedly approached officers, forced herself between the officers and the boy and bumped the officer. The girl allegedly continued walking and pulling away from the officer before the officer was able to gain control of the situation. The girl was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until she could be arraigned on charges of second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

¯ BUSTI — Dominic M. Geiger, 31, of Westfield was charged with driving while intoxicated and cited for failure to dim headlights at 3:26 a.m. Sunday on Fairmount Avenue in Busti. Deputies report pulling a vehicle over for failing to dim its headlights. Geiger allegedly refused a breath test and, after processing, was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment. He will be in Busti Town Court later.
