JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Bryon M.K. Stingel, 32, of Englewood, Fla., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving too slow, improper turn without signal and insufficient tail lamps. Officers observed a van traveling slowly at 1:02 a.m. on Monday while also committing other traffic violations. An investigation found that Stingel was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs. He was taken into custody and held for arraignment.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Tanya M. Gray, 52, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Officers took a complaint from Wegmans on May 12. Gray allegedly took items that included credit and debit cards. Gray was issued appearance tickets to be in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.

¯ Christopher J. Rock, no age given, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Officers received a domestic dispute complaint that took place on Elmwood Avenue in Falconer. An investigation found that Rock allegedly violated an order of protection and harassed a victim. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
