PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE

¯ WARREN, Pa. – Johnny Crowley, 47, of Warren, Pa., was charged with driving under the influence and other various traffic violations. On April 8 at 10:17 p.m., a Pennsylvania State Police trooper observed a driver in a car commit an alleged traffic infraction on Six Mile Road in Mead Township, Pa. Upon making contact with the driver: identified as Crowley, the trooper observed that he was allegedly impaired at the time of the stop. After the trooper conducted field sobriety tests and Crowley was taken into custody. He was then transported to Warren General Hospital for chemical testing and then to the Pennsylvania State Police barracks in Warren for processing. Crowley will appear in Youngsville town court at a later date

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ David A. Grey, 37, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. On Tuesday at 3:50 p.m., officers were called to assist the Chautauqua County Probation Office in locating two individuals at a Cherry Street residence who were wanted for allegedly committing a crime. While investigating the property officers located Grey and another individual in the basement. Further investigation revealed that Gray allegedly had a valid stay away order of protection for him to stay away from the other individual. Grey was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail where he is being held pending arraignment.
