¯ Theodore J. Hannold, 40, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Officers investigated a complaint for an incident that took place March 17. It is alleged that Hannold took property without permission that exceeded $1,000 in the town of Ellicott. Hannold is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.

¯ Spencer T. Burke, 26, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and moving from lane unsafely. Officers stopped a vehicle Sunday at 4 a,m. on Route 60 in Ellicott. Burke was found to be intoxicated following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
