Man Charged After Threatening To Kill Another Person
FREWSBURG — A Frewsburg man faces several charges after allegedly threatening to kill another person while displaying a handgun.
Mark D. Boardman, 49, of Frewsburg was charged with second-degree menacing, unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a Frewsburg home around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday after an incident was reported between Boardman and another person.
Boardman was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail where he will be arraigned on the charges.
