CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ ELLERY — Joshua D. Fox, 36, of Waterford, Pa., was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies were called Sunday at 12:58 a.m. for a vehicle off the road on Interstate 86 in Ellery. An investigation found that Fox was intoxicated. A check also found that Fox had a prior DUI conviction in another state within the previous 10 years. Fox was taken into custody and held at the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
¯ MAYVILLE — Angela M. Grekulak, 43, of Mayville was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Deputies conducted a warrant check Monday at 4:30 p.m. on Erie Street in Mayville. Grekulak was located in the parking lot of a business and taken into custody. She was transported to Chautauqua County Jail and scheduled to be arraigned.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Shawn A. Sobczak, 31, of Jamestown was charged with false personation, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without an interlock device and vehicle and traffic violations at 3:15 a.m. Sunday after police pulled a vehicle over in Falconer. Sobczak was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
