LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Patricia L. Pickett, 33, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of petit larceny. Police alleged Pickett under-rang $11.26 worth of merchandise at Walmart on Friday at 2:59 p.m. Pickett was also charged for a larceny that took place in December. She was released with appearance tickets to be in Busti Town Court at a later date.

¯ Kim S. Nutting, 44, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Police were called to Walmart for a larceny in progress Friday at midnight. Nutting was found to have allegedly attempted to leave without paying for merchandise totaling $556.50. She was released to appear in court at a later date.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kevin J. Kelley, 55, of Westfield was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Westfield patrols responded to 63 South Portage St. for an unwanted subject at approximately 1:30 p.m. Dec. 17. Kelley was identified and was determined to not be a resident of the address. He had allegedly been told to leave the residence and not return, at the request of the homeowner. Kelley had allegedly left the residence for a short period of time after a verbal argument and then returned. He had allegedly forced his way through a locked back door, damaging the wooden frame, when he returned. Kelley was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and released on his own recognizance.

¯ Daniel W. Weaver, 60, of Mayville was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that was observed to have a blue 2017 inspection sticker affixed to the windshield at 4:13 p.m. Dec. 20. After an investigation was conducted, Weaver was alleged to not have a New York State driver’s license and that the license he did have was suspended. He was issued uniform traffic tickets and will answer his charges in Westfield Village Court at a later date.

¯ Stephen L. Hanks, 67, of Brocton was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and driving across a hazard marking. Officers received a vehicle complaint of a vehicle traveling northbound on Route 394 from Mayville into the Westfield area. Patrols observed the vehicle in question after following it a short distance at 5:44 p.m. Dec. 21. The vehicle was alleged to have crossed the white hazard markings on more than one occasion. An investigation revealed that Hanks was allegedly operating on a revoked and suspended New York State driver’s license. He was issued traffic tickets and will answer his charges in Westfield Village Court at a later date.

¯ Jason D. White, 36, of Fredonia was charged with operating while registration is suspended and revoked. Officers stopped a motor vehicle for a traffic violation at 8:20 p.m. Dec. 25. Upon further investigation, White was allegedly found to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration due to an insurance lapse. He was issued a traffic ticket and released from the scene. White will answer to his charges in Westfield Village Court at a later date.

¯ Pedro J. Corraliza, 52, of Westfield was charged with third-degree assault. At 8 a.m. Dec. 30, Corraliza was allegedly causing a disturbance at 129 Chestnut St. He allegedly had a confrontation with a tenant that escalated into a physical altercation. Corraliza was said to have choked and punched a tenant and fled the scene. The victim suffered from injuries to his left eye and face. Corraliza will appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date.
