¯ ELLINGTON — Stephen Trusel, 32, of Gerry was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree unlawful fleeing a police office in a motor vehicle, second-degree harassment, reckless driving and multiple traffic violations. Troopers responded Wednesday to a residence in Ellington for a reported domestic incident. An investigation found that Trusel allegedly pushed a female with a child nearby, prompting the victim to call 911. Trusel then fled the scene but was located by troopers on Gerry-Ellington Road. Trusel failed to comply and continued to flee before crashing his vehicle and fleeing the accident scene. He was later taken into custody and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail after being arraigned.
¯ KENNEDY — Marshall Robbins, 28, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Troopers stopped a vehicle Tuesday on Interstate 86 in Kennedy as it fit the described vehicle in a possible domestic incident. An investigation later found that Robbins had a order of protection to stay away from a female passenger. Robbins was processed at police barracks and remanded to jail.
¯ BEMUS POINT — Tiffany Sutton, 24, of Erie, Pa., was charged with false personation. A vehicle Sutton was a passenger in was stopped on Interstate 86 on Monday for speeding. During the stop, Sutton identified herself using a different name. Her identity was discovered, and she was found to have multiple warrants out of Erie County. She was processed and remanded to county jail. The Erie County Sheriff’s Department was advised of Sutton’s arrest.

¯ Nathan A. Abers, 45, of Jamestown was charged with false personation. Officers were called at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday to an address on Lakeview Avenue for a reported disorderly person. Following an investigation, officers made contact with Abers, who had active warrants felony warrants out of Jamestown. Abers reportedly tried to give officers a false name. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Jamestown City Jail. He was held pending arraignment.
