CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SILVER CREEK — Anthony W. DeLong, 47, of Dunkirk was charged with disorderly conduct. The school resource officer at Silver Creek Central School was told on Sept. 25 that a man was being disorderly inside the school’s cafeteria. It was later determined that DeLong allegedly used profane language toward staff in front of parents and children. DeLong was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Hanover Town Court to answer the charge.

¯ SHERIDAN — Dana A. Marshall, 55, of Forestville was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies responded Tuesday at 6:42 p.m. to Route 39 in the town of Sheridan for a property damage accident. Deputies learned the driver of the vehicle left the scene of the crash. The driver, identified as Marshall, returned to the scene and was found to be intoxicated. Marshall was released to appear in Sheridan Town Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

¯ Juan A. Dejesus, 44, of Jamestown was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after Jamestown police and New York State Police working on a joint targeted patrol detail on Newland Avenue reportedly saw an unattended 1-year-old walking on the sidewalk near the road at 7:34 p.m. Thursday. Officers found that Dejesus was allegedly supposed to be watching the child when the toddler walked out of the house and wandered along the street. Dejesus was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he could be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.

¯ Michael P. Pacheco, 49, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment after a domestic incident at 9:06 p.m. Thursday on East Second Street near Jeffords Street. Officers were called to the area for a report of a man chasing a woman down the road. Officers found the woman, who said Pacheco allegedly held her down on the ground and hit her in the face with a boot, cut a portion of her hair off of her head with a knife and broke her umbrella. Pacheco was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail, where he allegedly was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Pacheco was held in the city jail until he can be arraigned.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

¯ LAKEWOOD — Zulery M. Jimenez-Fuentes, 20, of Jamestown, was charged at about 8:20 p.m. Wednesday with petit larceny. According to police, Jimenez-Fuentes allegedly stole $168.04 in clothing, makeup, and other cosmetics. Jimenez-Fuentes will be in Busti Town Court later.
