JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Sarah E. Nordblum, 39, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded to 251 Fairmount Ave. for a reported physical domestic dispute around 6:35 p.m. Officers could hear a woman later identified as Nordblum yelling and being disorderly. It was later found that she punched the hood of a male’s vehicle, causing damage. She was taken into custody and held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Donald J. Apperson, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. According to police, officers were dispatched Sunday to the Allen Street and Institute Street area for a reported fight and a person with a gun. Upon arrival, officers spoke with several people at the scene, and under further investigation it was found that Apperson allegedly was in possession of a handgun. He was taken into custody, and once in custody, police said that Apperson allegedly refused to comply with officers’ commands at City Jail. He will be in City Court later.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Christina M. Estus, 41, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Ellicott police and deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office were called to 460 W. Main St. in Falconer for a reported suspicious situation behind a business. When officers arrived they noticed a man and woman walk out from behind the Dollar General. It was later found that Estus was taking items from the dumpster behind the building. She was also found in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and marijuana. Estus was an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.

¯ Jose Rodriguezrobles, 23, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Troopers stopped to check on a disabled vehicle Tuesday on Main Street in Jamestown. While speaking to Rodriguezrobles, troopers reported smelling marijuana coming from the car. A check of the vehicle found that Rodriguezrobles was in possession of a bag containing marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in Jamestown City Court next month.

¯ PANAMA — Kelly Gagliano, 45, of Panama was charged with third-degree assault. Troopers responded Sunday to a residence in Panama for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation found that during an argument, Gagliano threw items at another person, including a table, resulting in injury to the person’s hand. Gagliano was processed at police barracks and is scheduled to appear in Harmony Town Court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ FREDONIA — Paul J. Neimeic, 34, of Erie, Pa., was charged with forcible touching. Deputies responded to Lakeside Boulevard in Fredonia at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday for a reported altercation. Neimeic was charged following an investigation and was arraigned in Portland Town Court. He was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
