SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ Terre L. Blanc, 59, 5117 Folts Road, Springville, was charged Thursday with violation of probation from Yorkshire Town Court Thursday. He was arraigned in Yorkshire Town Court and being held in County Jail. He will be in town court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Michael B. Arnold, 40, of Jamestown, was charged Friday with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. According to police, at about 11:30 p.m., officers were on patrol in the Chadakoin Park area, near 11th Street, and were talking to two people. Officers determined one of the people was Arnold who had an active arrest warrant from City Court. He was taken into custody, and upon further investigation, he was allegedly found in possession of a quanity of methamphetemine. He was taken to City Jail and will be in City Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SHERMAN — Kelsey M. Williams, 19, of Angola, N.Y., was charged Friday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies responded to assist with a medical emrgency on Waits Corner Road. Upon arrival, deputies located Williams, and under further investigation, Williams was found to be allegedly in possession of a small quantity of narcotics. She was taken into custody and will be in Sherman Town Court later.
