JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Jennifer J. Johnson, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI per se. Officers observed a pickup truck at 2:12 a.m. on Thursday allegedly fail to keep right on Foote Avenue and again on Harrison Street. Johnson was stopped and found to be intoxicated. She was transported to the Jamestown Police Department, processed and released to a sober individual. Johnson is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
¯ Daniel C. Thomas, 58, of Jamestown, was charged with no/inadequate stop lamps, refusal to take a breath test, DWI and DWI per se. Officers observed a vehicle at 2 a.m. on Wednesday northbound on Prendergast Avenue with one working brake light. Once stopped, Thomas was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was transported to the police department, processed and released. Thomas is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ GOWANDA — Kelly C. Mallabar, 26, was taken into custody on Thursday on a bench warrant out of Cattaraugus County. Mallabar was turned over to the Sheriff’s Office by Seneca Nation Marshals and was held pending arraignment.
