JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Victor Andino Jr., 19, of Jamestown was charged on June 26 with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. At 3:50 p.m., police responded to 764 E. Second St. for a reported domestic dispute. It is alleged that Andino made verbal threats and broke the windshield of a victim’s car. Andino was taken to city jail to await arraignment.

¯ Cynthia M. Messere, 22, of Jamestown was charged on June 21 with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. At 6:36 p.m., Jamestown police and New York State Probation conducted a house check at 198 Fairmount Ave. Upon arrival, police located two unsupervised children in the front yard by the street. Messere returned after leaving the children alone and reportedly attempted to leave with the children to avoid police contact. Police also located Corey J. Keeler, 26, of Jamestown, sleeping in a back bedroom. Keeler was taken into custody for outstanding warrants. He was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was also on probation.

¯ Dakotah J. Kaltenbach, 30, of Steamburg was charged on June 22 with second-degree criminal impersonation, operation of an uninspected motor vehicle, operation of a vehicle without brake lights and unlicensed operator. At 1:59 p.m., police pulled over Kaltenbach at Forest and Cole avenues for a brake light defect and an expired inspection decal. Kaltenbach reportedly did not show identification and told police a false name. He later admitted to lying about his name before being taken into custody for an outstanding bench warrant. Kaltenbach was taken to city jail.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Wanda I. Esquilin-Hernandez, 49, of Jamestown was charged on June 24 with petit larceny. At 4:30 p.m., it is alleged that Esquilin-Hernandez stole $48.72 worth of clothing and jewelry. She was given an appearance ticket for Busti Court.

¯ Brenda L. Colon-Reyes, 33, of Jamestown was charged on June 24 with second-degree harassment. At 9:10 p.m., it is alleged that Colon-Reyes got into a physical altercation with another employee at the KFC-Taco Bell in Lakewood. She was given an appearance ticket for Busti Court.

¯ Jzon P. Loverme, 36, of Panama was charged on June 21 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and loud exhaust. At 12:19 a.m., police pulled over Loverme on Mall Boulevard for a loud exhaust. It is alleged that Loverme possessed crystal meth, a hypodermic instrument and had a suspended license. He was turned over to the Jamestown Police Department due to outstanding warrants.

¯ Sean P. Spang, 27, of Pittsburgh, Pa., was charged on June 17 with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and no tail lights. At 9:34 p.m., police pulled over Spang on Fairmount Avenue for having no tail lights. It is alleged that he was intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent. He was scheduled to appear in Busti Court at a later date.

¯Scott C. Cederquist, 57, of Jamestown was charged on June 20 with petit larceny. At 7:30 p.m., it is alleged that Cederquist stole a pair of sunglasses valued at $17.83 from the Lakewood Wal-Mart. He was issued an appearance ticket for Busti Court.
