JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Charles E. Thomas, 19, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 14 with petit larceny and second-degree burglary. At 4 p.m., police responded to a reported larceny of property from a 20 E. Fifth St. apartment. A victim at the scene alleged that she saw a person exiting her apartment with a quantity of her jewelry. The victim was returning home when she saw the person, who was later identified as Thomas. Police located Thomas in the building allegedly carrying the stolen items. He was taken to the city jail to await arraignment.

¯ Andrew J. Hribar, 29, of was charged Thursday with aggravated criminal contempt, two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation and aggravated Family Offense. At 10:15 p.m., police responded to 117 Hallock St. for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, police located Hribar and a female victim. It is alleged that a valid order of protection required Hribar to stay away from the victim. It is also alleged that Hribar previously choked the victim while she was holding a child. Since he had previous domestic violence convictions, the charges were made felonies. He was taken to the city jail to await arraignment.

¯ James R. Houser, 41, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 16 with third-degree attempted robbery, fourth-degree criminal mischief and forcible touching. At 12:26 a.m., police responded to a reported domestic incident at 38 Barrows St. Upon arrival, police learned that Houser had allegedly attempted to forcibly steal money from a female victim before fleeing the residence. Police found Houser behind Connell’s Bar at the corner of Winsor and Allen streets. He was taken to the city jail to await arraignment.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Michael E. Mcintyre, 36, of Lakewood was charged on Dec. 13 with fugitive from justice. At 1:30 p.m., police located and charged Mcintyre, who was allegedly wanted by the Sheriff’s Department in Warren County Pa. Mcintyre was arraigned in Ellicott Court and remanded to the county jail. He will await extradition to Pennsylvania.

¯ Nichole E. Stauffer, 39, was charged on Dec. 9 with petit larceny. It is alleged that Stauffer removed pet supplies from the Dollar General store in Falconer. She was given an appearance ticket for Ellicott Court.

¯ Diane S. Means, 50, was charged on Dec. 9 with fugitive from justice. At 12:30 p.m., Means was taken into custody in Falconer after being wanted out of Warren County, Pa. She was arraigned in Ellicott Court and remanded to the county jail to await extradition.

¯ Jason A. Holdridge, 31, of Falconer was charged Wednesday with harassment. It is alleged that Holdridge grabbed a victim during an argument and later refused to comply with police when taken into custody. He was remanded to the county jail.

¯ Joshua L. Reynolds, 22, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 16 with theft of services. It is alleged that Reynolds stole electricity by using an extension cord and using an outlet where electricity was being paid by another person. He was issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Court at a later date.

¯ A 16-year-old Jamestown male was charged on Dec. 13 with third-degree criminal trespass. It is alleged that the 16-year-old rode on a Southwestern school bus and later entered Southwestern High School, while not enrolled as a student. He was given an appearance ticket for Ellicott Court and will appear on Jan. 3 at 6 p.m.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Caleb M. Wickstrom, 26, of Falconer was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. On Oct. 30, it is alleged that Wickstrom used a stolen credit card to purchase merchandise at a Lakewood store. He was scheduled to appear in Busti Court at a later date.

¯ Richard E. Brown, 37, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument. At 2:17 a.m., police pulled over a vehicle that reportedly had a loud exhaust on East Fairmount Avenue. It is alleged that Brown, who was a passenger, had a felony warrant. It is also alleged that he had methamphetamine, controlled pills and a hypodermic needle. He was remanded to the county jail and scheduled to appear in Busti Court.

¯ Jace R. Warner, 22, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 11 with petit larceny. At 2:15 p.m., Warner allegedly stole an 8-pack of AA lithium batteries, valued at $16.84, from the Lakewood Wal-Mart. Warner was given an appearance ticket for Busti Court.

¯ Justin J. Ecklund, 23, was charged on Dec. 9 with petit larceny. At 8:30 p.m., Ecklund was charged after allegedly stealing $25.08 worth of merchandise from the Lakewood Wal-Mart. He was scheduled to appear in Busti Court.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kelly M. Beaujean, 34, of Dewittville was charged on Nov. 3o with petit larceny. At 5:30 p.m., police responded to Add Lumber/True Value in Westfield for a reported larceny. It is alleged that Beaujean stole several packs of lithium batteries from the store. She was issued an appearance ticket for Westfield Court.

¯ Thomas L. Buchanan, 36, of Dunkirk was charged on Dec. 17 with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speed in zone. At 7:56 p.m., police pulled over Buchanan on North Portage Street in Westfield for allegedly speeding. It is alleged that Portage was intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in Westfield Court at a later date.
