JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Angel J. Diaz, 45, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. On Tuesday, at 9:31 p.m., police responded to 529 Crescent St. for a reported burglary. A victim at the scene told police that she arrived home and saw a person leaving her house through a window that had been broken out. Her purse was reportedly taken from the residence. Police were able to obtain a video of the person, Diaz, allegedly carrying the victim’s purse from the scene. He was apprehended near the scene of the burglary and taken to the city jail.
An 18-year-old female from Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. On Wednesday, at 6:38 a.m., police responded to 36 Prospect Street No. 2 for a report of a despondent female. Upon arrival, police spoke with the caller who said her daughter had smashed the glass out of the front door of the residence. The caller was reportedly upset because her daughter allegedly became physically confrontational during the incident. The 18-year-old daughter was found inside the residence with a small laceration on her hand. She was taken to the city jail.
Christopher L. Thomas, 40, of Lakewood was charged on a New York state parole warrant and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. On Wednesday, at 8:01 p.m., police attempted to check Thomas, who was allegedly making a hand-to-hand transaction through a window of a car. He allegedly fled on foot when police tried to talk with him. He was later found attempting to hide under a bush. He was taken to the city jail and held on a New York state parole warrant.

POLICE DEPARTMENT
Tyree L. Holland, 18, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding in zone and inadequate headlamps. On Wednesday, at 11:45 p.m., police pulled over Holland’s vehicle for allegedly speeding and having inadequate headlights on West Fairmount Avenue in Lakewood. It is alleged that Holland had a small amount of marijuana. He was scheduled to appear in Busti Court at a later date.

POMFRET – Felix J. Figueroa-Torres, 28, of Jamestown was charged with operating with suspended registration, operating without insurance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. On Tuesday, at 4:52 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle with a suspended registration on Route 60 in Pomfret. It is alleged that the driver, Figueroa-Torres, had no insurance and a suspended license. He was scheduled to appear in Pomfret Court at a later date.
MAYVILLE – Ronald D. Miller Jr., 23, of Mayville was charged with inadequate exhaust, felony driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. On Aug. 9, at 2:40 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on South Erie Street for allegedly having a loud exhaust. It is alleged that the driver, Miller, was intoxicated and had a prior DWI conviction within the past 10 years. He was scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.
MAYVILLE – Marcia I. Brown, 51, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree welfare fraud, third-degree grand larceny, misuse of food stamps and four counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. On Monday, at 10 a.m., Brown was charged after allegedly concealing employment income and unemployment benefit income from social services. Brown allegedly filed four separate false applications with social services which resulted in her receiving unentitled benefits- $7,166 in unentitled cash assistance and $2,945 in unentitled food stamps. The total amount of fraudulently received benefits was $10,111. Brown was scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court.
NORTH HARMONY- Karl E. Pedersen, 33, of Columbus, Ohio, was charged with DWI, DWI per se and moving from lane unsafely. On Aug. 21, at 11:17 p.m., deputies responded to an incident on Morley Road in North Harmony. After locating the vehicle involved, deputies determined that the driver, Pedersen, was allegedly intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in North Harmony Court at a later date.
PORTLAND – Lynsey R. Allen, 22, of Brocton was charged with DWI, DWI per se and improper left turn. On Aug. 22, at 2:21 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for allegedly making an improper left turn in Portland. It is alleged that the driver-Allen-was intoxicated. She was scheduled to appear in Portland Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Maverick C. Henderson, 27, of Buffalo was charged with DWI, DWI per se, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and failure to stop at stop sign. On Sunday, at 10:08 p.m, deputies pulled over a vehicle for allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign in Hanover. It is alleged that the driver-Henderson-was intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Bethany L. Huff, 25, of Gowanda was charged with felony DWI-Leandra’s Law, driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol and failure to stop at steady red signal. On Tuesday, at 12:09 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle that allegedly failed to stop at a steady red light in Hanover. It is alleged that the driver-Huff-was intoxicated by both drugs and alcohol. There were reportedly two passengers in her vehicle that were under 16 years old. Huff was committed to the county jail in lieu of bail and scheduled to appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
MAYVILLE – Dylan T. Graziano, 23, of Mayville was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. On Sunday, while opening for business, the owner of the Chautauqua Harbor House Restaurant in Mayville discovered that the front entrance doors to his business were torn off the hinges. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded and conducted an investigation into the burglary. The suspect was reportedly caught on the restaurant’s internal video security system pulling the front doors off the hinges. Once inside, the suspect allegedly stole food items and then left the building. During the investigation, an off-duty sheriff’s deputy stopped at the restaurant to advise the deputy conducting the investigation that a person walking on Route 394 just outside of Mayville matched the description of the burglary suspect. Graziano was apprehended and committed to the county jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 property. The Chautauqua Harbor House Restaurant was reopened and is open for business.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Timothy D. Geigert, 44, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny. On Friday, at 3:37 p.m., police responded to 718 W. Third St. for a burglary complaint. It is alleged that Giegert entered a business at 4:08 a.m. and stole property valued more than $1,000. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Hector Luiscarillo Santo, 27, was charged with unnecessary noise. Juan C. Rivera-Torres, 26, of Jamestown was charged with unncessary noise, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. On Friday, at 9:57 p.m., police checked loud music coming from 617 Prendergast Ave. in an area where shots were reportedly fired. Santo and Rivera-Torres were allegedly playing loud music after being warned by police earlier in the day turn it down. It is alleged that Rivera-Torres became uncooperative and climbed out a window onto the second story roof, jumped two stories and fled. He was later apprehended. Both were taken to the city jail in lieu of bail.
Michelle N. King, 31, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree menacing. Robert AJ Porter, 23, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment. On Friday, at 6 p.m., police responded to 8 Cowing St. for a reported physical domestic dispute involving a female with a knife. During the investigation, it was alleged that Porter headbutted his girlfriend, King, in the forehead. It was also alleged that chased Porter and threw a large kitchen knife at him twice. Both were taken to the city jail and are pending arraignment.
Austin L. Cochran, 45, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. On Friday, at 8:38 p.m., police responded to 19 W. Seventh St. for a report of windows being broken out of the house. It is alleged that Cochran broke out a window with a stick while arguing with a female in her apartment. Austin was taken to the city jail.
Brandon C. Knisley, 33, of Jamestown was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation. On Saturday, at 2:17 a.m., police responded to a report of a physical domestic dispute at 5 W. Fifteenth St. It is alleged that Knisley put his hands around the victim’s neck and obstructed the victim’s breathing. Knisley was taken to the city jail.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Christie A. Eddy, 42, was charged with petit larceny. On Sunday, at 1:35 p.m., police responded to the area of the Verizon store on Fairmount Avenue where it was reported that a female was being followed by Wegmans staff. It is alleged that Eddy stole assorted meat and beer from the store and took off running.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Merrie A?Smith, 22, and Ashley M. Gross, 24, were charged Saturday with petit larceny after an incident that allegedly occurred at Wal-Mart. At 9:37 p.m., Smith and Gross were taken into custody after they entered Wal-Mart and allegedly concealed some merchandise on their persons as they attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise. Both were issued an appearance ticket and were later released. They are due back in Busti Town Court at a later date.
Kayle L. Bemis, 20, and Albert D. Sheldon IV, 20, both of Jamestown, were charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in the town of Busti. At 11:05 p.m., a police officer on patrol observed a vehicle cross the white hazard markings of the roadway on Southwestern Drive. Upon further investigation, the vehicle was found to be operated by Sheldon IV. Both Sheldon IV and Bemis were found to be in possession of marijuana. Sheldon IV was also charged with driving across hazard markings. Bemis and Sheldon IV will appear in Busti Town Court at a later date.

RIPLEY-A 17-year-old male from Ripley was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. On Friday, at 12 a.m., a 17-year-old male was apprehended on charges that stem from a July incident in which he and another individual allegedly entered a garage unlawfully and took a vehicle without the owner’s permission. The 17-year-old male was remanded to the county jail in lieu of bail.
MAYVILLE-Richard C. Hammond, 59, of Mayville was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and failure to keep right. On Saturday, at 2:19 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for an alleged traffic infraction on South Erie Street in Mayville. It is alleged that Hammond was intoxicated. He will appear in Chautauqua Court next month.
CASSADAGA-Benjamin D. Grimm, 36, of Stockton was charged with failure to keep right, DWI and DWI per se. On Aug. 18, at 8:55 p.m., deputies pulled over Grimm’s vehicle on Frisbee Road in Cassadaga for allegedly failing to keep right. It is alleged that Grimm was intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in Stockton Court at a later date.
FREDONIA-Jeremy Rivera, 21, of Jamestown was charged with improper pass, DWI, DWI per se and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. On Saturday, at 2:20 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly make an illegal pass of another vehicle on Water Street in Fredonia. After pulling over the vehicle, deputies determined that the driver-Rivera-was intoxicated and had a suspended driver’s license. He was scheduled to appear in Fredonia Court.
ELLERY-Nicholas L. Stott, 24, of Forestville was charged with following too closely, DWI and DWI per se. On Saturday, at 10:12 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for allegedly following too closely to another vehicle on Route 430 in Ellery. The driver-Stott-was allegedly intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in Ellery Court at a later date.
FREDONIA-Kyle J. Magierski, 19, of Forestville was charged with crossing hazard markings, DWI and DWI per se. On Sunday, at 2:41 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on East Main Street in Fredonia for allegedly crossing the white fog line of the wo
On 8-23-15 around 2:41AM deputies stopped a vehicle on East Main St in the Village of Fredonia for crossing over the white fog line of the roadway mutiple times. Deputies identifed the driver as Kyle J Magierski and upon investigation he was alleged to have been intoxicated. Magierski was taken into custody and later released with tickets for Crossing Hazzard Markings, DWI, and DWI Per Se. He will appear in the Village of Fredonia Court at a later date.

Dennis W. Annis, 39, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with second-degree strangulation, second-degree burglary, aggravated family offense and endangering the welfare of a child. At 6:26 p.m., police responded to a Cowden Place residence for a reported physical domestic incident. Upon arrival, police spoke with a female victim who alleged that Annis came to the residence and began a physical altercation after he refused to leave. Annis allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat and began to choke her, police said. The incident reportedly occurred in front of a 4-year-old child. Annis left the residence and was later taken into custody. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Safonzo N. Garner, 30, of Jamestown was charged Friday with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree criminal mischief. At 1:30 a.m., police responded to a reported domestic violence incident at 86 Liberty St. The caller alleged that her ex-boyfriend had kicked in a door and was threatening her. Upon arrival, police located Garner standing in the doorway to the residence. They also observed a damaged exterior door and glass over the steps. Investigation revealed that Garner allegedly had a valid order of protection to stay away from the victim, according to police. Garner was taken to the city jail and will appear in city court at a later date.

Justin J. Johnson, 24, of Jamestown was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating with a suspended registration and operating with no insurance. At 3:40 a.m., police observed a vehicle with a suspended registration while patrolling Mall Boulevard in Lakewood. Further investigation revealed that the driver-Johnson-allegedly had no insurance and was in possession of marijuana. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
Ashlan J. White, Ebony J. Elam, Molly K. Angelo and a 17-year-old female, all of Jamestown, were charged Thursday with petit larceny and criminal mischief after allegedly stealing and damaging products from the Lakewood Walmart, police said. They will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

POMFRET-Terry L. Thomas, 57, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with moving from a lane unsafely, unlicensed operation and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. At 2:33 a.m., deputies responded to a vehicle complaint on Route 60 in Pomfret. Deputies pulled over the vehicle after observing an alleged traffic violation. It is alleged that the driver-Thomas-had more than 10 suspensions on his license. He will appear in Pomfret Court at a later date.

Ryan M. Short, 20 of Falconer was charged Monday with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. At 11:38 p.m., police responded to 50 S. Main Street for a larceny complaint. During the course of the investigation, officers advised Short multiple times to leave the store, but he allegedly refused. When officers attempted to take him into custody, Short allegedly struggled and pushed them away. He was later taken to the city jail.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Raequan M.A. Mosley, 19, of Dunkirk was charged Thursday with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a pair of sweatpants and sweatshirt valued at $32.90 from the Lakewood Walmart. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
Angela M. Fralick, 43, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with petit larceny. On June 25, Fralick allegedly stole a pair of shoes valued at $16.97 from the Lakewood Walmart. On Tuesday, she went to the Jamestown Police Department to file an unrelated report. A computer check showed that she had an active arrest warrant. She will appear in Busti Court on Aug. 27.

Brandon L. Quattrone of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and other traffic infractions after he was involved in a one-vehicle accident on West Main Street in Falconer.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
MAYVILLE – Julie K. Stutzman, 38, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with third-degree welfare fraud, third-degree grand larceny and eight counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. It is alleged that between Jan 1, 2011, and June 30, 2013, Stutzman received $9,719 in unentitled day care assistance. She allegedly filed eight separate false applications with Social Services that failed to report that the father of one of her children was living in the household. The male subject’s income, if reported, would have made Stutzman ineligible for benefits. She will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
SILVER CREEK – Elsie L. Eslinger, 33, was charged Thursday with endangering the welfare of a child. At 11:40 a.m., deputies responded to a report of children standing on the roof of a Silver Creek residence. Eslinger will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
SILVER CREEK – Ande J. Kemp, 20, of Silver Creek; Joshua D. Heimerl, 18, of Cassadaga, and a 17-year-old male of Silver Creek, were charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment. At 12:16 a.m., deputies responded to a Silver Creek address for an assault in progress. It is alleged that the 17-year-old male, Kemp and Heimerl participated in a physical altercation involving a male victim. All will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Stephen R. Rogers, 47, of Forestville was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. At 10:57 p.m., deputies responded to a residence on Creek Road in Forestville for a report of a physical altercation with possible weapons involved. Deputies located Rogers and allegedly found metal knuckles in his pocket. He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of bail and will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
CHARLOTTE – Michael H. Gilbert, 45, of Cassadaga was charged Monday with third-degree assault after an alleged incident at his residence. He was scheduled to appear in Charlotte Court.
HANOVER – Lee N. Lookenhouse, 33, of Jamestown was charged Saturday on an arrest warrant for petie larceny issued out of Hanover Court. The warrant stems from a July 20 incident, in which Lookenhouse allegedly stole a variety of products from the Dollar General store in Hanover. Lookenhouse was remanded to the county jail in lieu of bail and scheduled to appear in Hanover Court.

Aaron D. Houser, 19, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. At 5 a.m., police responded to 337 E. Fifth St. for a noise complaint. Upon arrival, police observed a man and a woman exit a vehicle nearby that were reportedly behind the original complaint. Officers advised the man to stop and he allegedly refused. It is alleged that the man entered the 337 E. Fifth St. residence and slammed the door shut. Police entered the home and took the man – Houser – into custody after a brief struggle. He was transported to the city jail and will appear in city court at a later date.
Michael L. Long, 42, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and second-degree criminal contempt. At 12:31 a.m., police responded to 171 Benedict Ave. for an unwanted person. Upon arrival, police discovered Long allegedly fleeing on foot from a female victim on scene. It is alleged that Long had a valid order of protection to stay away from the victim. Police found Long hiding in a tent behind the house. He was transported to the city jail and is awaiting arraignment.
Richard N. Cox, 22, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. At 10:27 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute at 116 Hazzard St. It is alleged that Cox punched a hallway wall twice, causing damage. He was taken to the city jail and is pending arraignment.
Elizabeth S. Keller, 47, of Portland was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, broken glass (windshield), failure to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana. At 10:01 p.m., police pulled over Keller on McKinley Avenue and Charles Street for allegedly failing to keep right. It is alleged that Keller was intoxicated and had suspended driving privileges. She was also allegedly in possession of marijuana. She will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Juan A. Batista, 26, of Jamestown was charged Monday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. At 1:30 a.m., police responded to a reported domestic incident at 414 Park St. It is alleged that Batista had broken dishes and damaged an interior bedroom door during an argument with a female victim. He was taken to the city jail.
Dennis O. Lawrence III, 21, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. At 5:20 a.m., police responded to a reported domestic dispute at 216 Hallock St., on the third floor. It is alleged that Lawrence damaged a portable phone during the domestic dispute. He was taken to the city jail and is pending arraignment.

HANOVER-Matthew R. Gritzke, 25, of Silver Creek was charged Saturday with DWI, DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more and aggravated unlicensed operation. At 1:12 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle on Alleghany Road in Hanover allegedly fail to keep right. It is alleged that the driver-Gritzke-was intoxicated. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA -Brandon M. Dorman, 28, of Mayville was charged Saturday with DWI, aggravated DWI with BAC of .18 percent or higher, failure to keep right and failure to maintain lane. At 2:40 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for allegedly committing multiple traffic infractions on Route 394 in Chautauqua. It is alleged that the driver – Dorman – was intoxicated. He will appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.
FALCONER-Alan D. Feeney, 55, of Falconer was charged Friday with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. At 9:35 p.m., deputies responded to an East Everett Street address in Falconer for a possible fight. Upon arrival, deputies attempted to make verbal contact with Feeney, but he allegedly failed to comply with orders to open the residence. Deputies reportedly heard a female voice inside the residence stating that Feeney would not let her answer the door. Deputies gained access and took Feeney into custody. He was committed to the county jail in lieu of bail.
HANOVER-Marcus A. Maloney, 48, of Bemus Point was charged Sunday with driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, parking on pavement and failure to stop at stop sign. At 10:34 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly fail to stop at a stop sign in Hanover. The driver-Maloney-was allegedly impaired by drugs. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA-Barry V. Mason, 23, of Sinclairville was charged Friday with DWI, aggravated DWI with BAC of .18 percent or more and failure to keep right. At 3:29 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle after it allegedly made several lane violations in Chautauqua. The driver-Mason-was allegedly intoxicated and will appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.

Jared S. Higbee, 36, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with DWI and failure to signal after police pulled him over for allegedly failing to signal a turn on Buffalo Street in Jamestown. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Ladontae Neeley, 19, of Jamestown was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespass. At 11 p.m., police were dispatched to 407 W. Fourth St. for a possible burglary in progress. It is alleged that Ladontae, a 15-year-old male and a 14-year-old female entered the residence without permission from the property owner. Neeley was taken to the city jail without incident and released on bail. The two youths were turned over to their parents.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Samantha J. Colvin, 30, of Celoron was charged July 26 with endangering the welfare of a child. At 10:30 a.m., police were requested to check on the well-being of a 3-year-old boy who was found riding his tricycle without supervision on Jackson and West Livingston avenues in Celoron. It was determined that the boy was left unattended for more than 20 minutes and his mother-Colvin-was unaware that he left the residence. Colvin will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

HANOVER – Edwin R. Diaz-Garcia, 32, of Buffalo was charged Sunday with felony driving while intoxicated-Leandra’s Law, DWI and suspended registration. At 10:16 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly being operated with a suspended registration in Hanover. The driver – Diaz-Garcia – was allegedly intoxicated and had two children under the age of 16 in the vehicle. He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of bail and scheduled to appear in Stockton Court at a later date.
MAYVILLE – Sara J. Walker, 32, of Sinclairville was charged Monday with misuse of food stamps over $1,000 and fourth-degree grand larceny. It is alleged that Walker failed to notify the Chautauqua County Department of Health and Human Services that her husband was working and receiving income. Walker allegedly received $1,176 in unentitled food stamp benefits. Walker was scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Health and Human Services Program Integrity Unit conducted a joint investigation into this incident.
PORTLAND – Craig D. Fellinger, 58, of Fredonia was charged on Aug. 7 with felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, operating vehicle without interlock device and usafe pass. At 5:40 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly pass several cars in a no-pass zone on Route 5 in Portland. At 9:37 p.m., deputies responded to Kwik Fill on Route and Route 20 in Hanover to check on the well-being of an intoxicated male in the area. It is alleged that Kress was screaming obscenities numerous times while in the presence of uninvolved civilians. Kress was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail. It is alleged that Ladontae, a 15-year-old male and a 14-year-old female entered the residence without permission from the property owner. Neeley was taken to the city jail without incident and released on bail. The two youths were turned over to their parents.

Samantha J. Colvin, 30, of Celoron was charged July 26 with endangering the welfare of a child. At 10:30 a.m., police were requested to check on the well-being of a 3-year-old boy who was found riding his tricycle without supervision on Jackson and West Livingston avenues in Celoron. It was determined that the boy was left unattended for more than 20 minutes and his mother-Colvin-was unaware that he left the residence. Colvin will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

HANOVER – Edwin R. Diaz-Garcia, 32, of Buffalo was charged Sunday with felony driving while intoxicated-Leandra’s Law, DWI and suspended registration. At 10:16 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly being operated with a suspended registration in Hanover. The driver – Diaz-Garcia – was allegedly intoxicated and had two children under the age of 16 in the vehicle. He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of bail and scheduled to appear in Stockton Court at a later date.
MAYVILLE – Sara J. Walker, 32, of Sinclairville was charged Monday with misuse of food stamps over $1,000 and fourth-degree grand larceny. It is alleged that Walker failed to notify the Chautauqua County Department of Health and Human Services that her husband was working and receiving income. Walker allegedly received $1,176 in unentitled food stamp benefits. Walker was scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Health and Human Services Program Integrity Unit conducted a joint investigation into this incident.

Upon arrival, police spoke with the victim who alleged that Burger took her cellphone while she was attempting to call 911. Burger then allegedly locked the door and stood in front of it and wouldn’t let the victim leave. Burger was transported to the city jail and will appear in city court at a later date.

Andrea P. Robbins, 27, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. LITTLE VALLEY-Autumn M. White, 18, of Steamburg was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. The charges stem from an alleged incident in which White sold prescription pills to another person in Little Valley. White was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $25,000. She will appear in Little Valley Court at a later date.
SALAMANCA-David R. Dillie Jr., 42, of Salamanca was charged Tuesday with two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. The charges stem from an alleged incident in which Dillie sold prescription pills to another person in Salamanca. Dillie was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail and will appear in Salamanca Court on Wednesday.
Lindsey L. Mason, 28, of Jamestown was charged on Aug. 5 with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. It is alleged that Mason sold quantities of heroin to agents of the task force in Jamestown. Mason was committed to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail. She will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

DUNKIRK-Juan A. Cordova-Perez, 29, of Fredonia was charged Saturday with aggravated driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater and DWI. At 8:40 p.m., Dunkirk police observed a motorcycle allegedly speeding on Main Street in Dunkirk. Fredonia police, New York State Police and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office assisted on the call and the motorcycle was located in the Denny’s parking lot on Rt 60. Cordova-Perez was identified as the operator and after an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office was arrested and charged with Aggravated DWI-blood alcohol content .18 percent or greater, DWI and speed not reasonable or prudent. Cordova-Perez will appear in the City of Dunkirk Court at a later date and time.

Brian S. Jones, 47, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with failure to yield right of way, driving while intoxicated, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, refusal of breath screening test, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device and felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. At 8:52 a.m., police observed a vehicle allegedly fail to yield the right of way while making a left turn onto Crescent Street from Winsor Street. Police pulled over the vehicle on Crescent Street and determined that the driver – Jones – was allegedly intoxicated and in possession of crack cocaine. It is also alleged that Jones was not driving with an ignition interlock device and that his license was revoked. He was transported to the city jail and will appear in city court at a later date.
Brandon M. Horn, 27, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and aggravated Family Offense. At 10:55 p.m., police responded to 19 Bradmar Circle to investigate strange circumstances involving a 911 call. It is alleged that Horn took a phone away from a female victim as she tried to call for help during a domestic incident. It is also alleged that Horn had a prior domestic violence conviction from earlier this year. He will appear in city court at a later date.
Stephen P. Glover Sr., 31, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with second-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speed not reasonable and prudent, no signal and unsafe tire. At 10 p.m., police pulled over a vehicle for alleged traffic violation and determined that the driver – Glover – allegedly has his driving privileges suspended in New York state. While on scene, officers were approached by an individual who alleged that the Glover almost struck him. Glover will appear in city court at a later date.

At 9:32 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly commit a traffic violation on Interstate 86 in the eastbound lane. After deputies pulled over the vehicle, they determined that the driver – Howe – was allegedly intoxicated. She will appear in Ellery Court at a later date.
SILVER CREEK-Kelly M. Mariko, 45, of Utica was charged Friday with unlawful possession of personal identification information. At 4:36 p.m., deputies were called to a location on Central Avenue in Silver Creek for a report of a possible fraud. It is alleged that Mariko obtained credit card information unlawfully from another. She was remanded to the county jail in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 property and will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date. Additional charges are pending.

LITTLE VALLEY-Crystal L. Henhawk, 29, of Gowanda was charged on Aug. 3 with third-degree welfare fraud, third-degree grand larceny and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. It is alleged that Henhawk failed to report that her husband was in her household on the application she submitted to Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services, allowing her to receive $3,792 in unentitled SNAP food stamp benefits from June to December 2014. She will appear in Olean Court on Aug. 18.

Nyren L. Graham, 18, was charged Tuesday with false personation. At 1:28 p.m., police pulled over a vehicle on Foote Avenue for an alleged vehicle and traffic law violation. It is alleged that the driver-Graham-lied to officers about his identity. He was transported to the city jail. It was also discovered that Graham allegedly had two outstanding bench warrants out of the city of Jamestown.
Lynn A. Lewis, 21, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with petit larceny. At 2:15 a.m., police observed CVS employees allegedly confronting a Lewis outside of the store. It is alleged that Lewis shoplifted nail care products from the store. She was transported to the city jail and will appear in city court at a later date.
Alessi L. Lopez, 22, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Nicole L. Melnick, 29, of Jamestown was charged with false personation, second-degree obstructing governmental adminstration and felony fugitive from justice. At 7:52 a.m., Jamestown police assisted New York State Parole with a warrant check on a Barrows St. residence for Lopez. Parole located Lopez hiding under boxes in the attic, allegedly trying to hide from police. While looking for Lopez, police located another woman in the residence who lied about her identity. A National Crime Information Center check found that Melnick was wanted on felony charges out of Pennsylvania. Both will appear in city court at a later date.

Miranda E. Ressler, 19, of Westfield was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated and a having one headlight out. At 11:54 p.m., police pulled over a vehicle on Route 394 in Busti for allegedly having a headlight out. It is alleged that the driver-Ressler-was intoxicated. She will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

DUNKIRK-Michael Hernandez-Flores, 24, of Dunkirk was charged Saturday with third-degree assault. At 9:57 p.m., deputies took a report of an assault that occurred at Central Avenue in Dunkirk. Nicholas P. Alainell, 37, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with second-degree menacing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. At 9:40 a.m., police located Alainell walking in the 300 block of Crossman Street. Alainell allegedly had outstanding charges from a domestic incident that had occurred Monday at 9:30 p.m. It is alleged that he threatened a female victim and displayed a handgun in front of her and two young children. He is pending arraignment at city court. Officers reportedly located the handgun used in the incident.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Jake D. Shade, 23, of Erie, Pennsylvania, was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to keep right and driving across hazard markings. At 12:09 a.m., police pulled over a vehicle after it allegedly crossed the center lines and hazard markings of Fairmount Avenue multiple times. It is alleged that the driver – Shade – was in possession of marijuana. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
Michael J. Pace, 18, of Lakewood, and Emily E. Wolf, 19, of Jamestown, were charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. At 1:05 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint at 1937 Southwestern Drive. Upon arrival, police allegedly found a table with multiple baggies of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and multiple people around the table. Pace and Wolf were allegedly in possession of marijuana. They will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

HANOVER-An 18-year-old youth from Hanover was charged Friday with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly exchanging inappropriate images and messages via social media with two underage females in May 2015. The suspect will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
WESTFIELD-Grant M. Pearsoll, 66, of Sherman was charged Tuesday with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person and second-degree harassment. On July 2, deputies were called to investigate a complaint of abuse to a male victim that occurred on July 1 in Westfield. It is alleged that the male victim who had a mental disability was physically abused. On Tuesday, Pearsoll was charged with the alleged abuse. He will appear in Westfield Court at a later date.
HANOVER-Amber Harrison, 38, of Silver Creek was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment. At 8:30 p.m., deputies responded to a residence on Angell Road in Hanover for a report of a physical altercation. It is alleged that Harrison struck another person in the face several times and caused minor injuries. Harrison will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

Carl J. Pillittieri, 72, of Jamestown was charged on July 23 with DWI and DWI per se. At 7:38 p.m., police responded to the corner of Crown Street and Barrett Avenue for a reported intoxicated person attempting to leave in a vehicle. Witnesses alleged that the person-Pillittieri-ran into 11 Crown St. after going over a curb and striking a flag pole with his vehicle. Officers located Pillittieri in the residence. He was allegedly intoxicated and was taken to the city jail in lieu of bail.
Richard C. Neal, 30, of Jamestown was charged on July 23 with aggravated Family Offense and first-degree criminal contempt. At 7:09 p.m., police responded to 30 Cook Ave. for a physical domestic. It is alleged that Neal had been at the residence in violation of a valid order of protection issued by Jamestown City Court. Police located Neal at 283 Fairmount Ave., hiding in the attic. He was taken to the city jail where he awaited arraignment.

Michael J. Wilcox, 43, of Kennedy was charged on July 22 with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. At 11:37 p.m., police responded to a reported domestic incident at a 340 W. Main St. residence in Falconer. It is alleged that Wilcox broke a pane of glass during an argument and threatened a female victim with bodily harm. The incidents allegedly occurred in the presence of children under the age of 17. Wilcox was arraigned in Ellicott Court.
Elizabeth J. Seice, 27, of Warren, Pennsylvania, was charged Friday with endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree assault, second-degree menacing, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. It is alleged that Seice was involved in an altercation with her stepfather, in which she threatened him with a knife at a South Work Street residence. The incident allegedly occurred in front of children. She was committed to the Chautauqua County Jail and will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Paul A. Russo, 40, and Zachary A. Graves, 19, both of Jamestown, were recently charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree grand larceny. It is alleged that Russo and Graves stole merchandise from Wal-Mart and Sears on numerous occasions during the months of June and July. They were remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
Daniel S. Blake, 21, of Busti was recently charged with two counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree grand larceny. In June, it is alleged that Blake, who was employed at Sunset Hill cemetery, entered a storage shed on two different occasions and stole 32 brass grave markers belonging to the cemetery. Blake allegedly took the markers to a local scrap yard and received approximately $1,000 for the scrap brass. The loss of the markers cost Sunset Hill approximately $35,000. Blake was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
Patricia M. Raynor, 29, of Jamestown was charged Friday with petit larceny and trespass. At 4:37 p.m., Raynor was apprehended after allegedly stealing merchandise from the Lakewood Wal-Mart. It is alleged that Raynor had been warned to stay off the property because she stole from the store in the past. She will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA-Jonathan Vega-Rivera, 23, of Jamestown was charged on July 28 with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. It is alleged that Vega-Rivera followed and harassed another person from Family Court in Mayville in a vehicle. Vega-Rivera allegedly violated an order of protection and had a previous conviction for criminal contempt in the last five years. Jamestown police located Vega and turned him over to the Sheriff’s Office. He was committed to the county jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. He will appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.

NORTH HARMONY-Kelcie S. Brown, 20, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone. At 2 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for allegedly speeding on Route 394 in North Harmony. It is alleged that the driver-Brown-had a suspended driver’s license from a prior alcohol-related driving offense. She will appear in North Harmony Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA-Kelsey A. Raynor, 28, of Sinclairville was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment. At 3:35 p.m., Raynor allegedly chased another with her vehicle through a field. She will appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.
WESTFIELD-Kevin J. Mundy, 48, of Erie, Pennsylvania, was charged Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unregistered motor vehicle and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Justin A. Steiner, 26, of Erie, Pennsylvania, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. At 4:32 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on Route 5 in Westfield for an alleged traffic violation. It is alleged that the driver-Mundy-had suspended driving privileges and was in possession of illegal “nunchuks.” His passenger, Steiner-was allegedly in possession of marijuana. Both will appear in Westfield Court at a later date.
