CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
HANOVER – Dakota J. Thompson, 21, of Perrysburg was charged at 10:58 p.m. on Friday with third-degree criminal mischief. Deputies investigated an incident that took place June 2 at Primo’s Restaurant on Routes 5 and 20 in which Thompson allegedly kicked a vehicle in the parking lot. Thompson was issued an appearance ticket to be in Hanover Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Christina Klusek, 31, of Forestville was charged at 1:34 a.m. on Saturday with driving while intoxicated common law, DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies stopped a vehicle after it was observed rolling through a stop sign. Klusek was found to be intoxicated and released with traffic tickets to be in Hanover Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA – Robert Sass, 56, of North East, Pa., was charged at 9:29 p.m. on Saturday with driving while intoxicated common law, DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and speeding. Deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 394 for speeding. Sass was found to be intoxicated and taken into custody. He was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.
FRENCH CREEK – Joel H. Austin, 43, was charged at 4:18 a.m. on Friday with failure to stop at a stop sign, uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater. Deputies observed a vehicle fail to come to a complete stop on Redding Road. Austin was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. He was processed and released to appear in French Creek Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Patricia A. Lipowicz, 47, of Gowanda was charged at 6:45 p.m. on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a minor under 15 years old, failure to keep right, unsafe lane change, aggravated unlicensed operation and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies observed a vehicle driving to the left of the center of the road for no reason. The driver then drove in an easterly direction on Routes 5 and 20, and was using both eastbound lanes. Lipowicz was stopped and found to be intoxicated. There was an 8-year-old in the vehicle, causing Lipowicz to be charged under Leandra’s Law. She was arraigned in Hanover Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail.
HANOVER – Michael A. Jones, 40, of Gowanda was charged at 12:13 a.m. on Saturday with open container of alcohol. Deputies on foot patrol observed Jones to be in possession of an open container of alcohol. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in Hanover Court at a later date.
DUNKIRK – Jordyn P. Plaza, 22, Dove Street was charged at 9:20 p.m. on Monday with petit larceny. Deputies responded to a call at the Lakeside Trailer Park for a male that had allegedly stolen a purse. The purse was located but the male had fled on foot. Plaza was determined to have taken the purse and was located the next day. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to be in Dunkirk Court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Carlos Corbin, 41, of South Works Street, Falconer, was charged at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt. Corbin was taken into custody on a warrant following an incident on June 16 in which he violated an order of protection by contacting a Busti resident by phone. Corbin is due in Busti Court on July 10 for arraignment.
Rachel A. Rizzo, 38, of Prospect Street, Jamestown, was charged at 1 p.m. on Tuesday with petit larceny. Rizzo was taken into custody on a warrant following an incident on June 19 in which she allegedly stole a 50-inch TV without paying. She is being held on another petit larceny charge from the same date at Wal-Mart on Fairmount Avenue. Rizzo currently is in Chautauqua County Jail and will be arraigned June 27 in Busti Court.
A 17-year-old and Corey L. Park, 18, were charged at 11 p.m. on Tuesday with petit larceny. Police learned both subjects went into Wal-Mart on Fairmount Avenue and took merchandise without paying. The youth took $42.53 and Park took $19.97 worth of items. Both are scheduled to be in Busti Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Brian C. Santana, 20, was charged at 12:26 a.m. on Tuesday with petit larceny. Officers were dispatched to a shoplifting complaint on South Main Street. Santana allegedly was observed by a store employee opening DVD cases and putting the discs in his pocket. He was in the store when officers arrived and was taken into custody. Santana was held pending arraignment.
Andrea R. Stam, 28, was charged at 11:52 a.m. on Tuesday with third-degree assault. Officers were sent to Pardee Avenue for a violent domestic dispute. Upon arrival, a male victim was found to have a facial injury. Stam left before officers arrived but she was located a short time later and transported to Jamestown City Jail. She was held pending arraignment.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Ginger R. Farmer, 37, of Falconer was charged on Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief. Police responded to a domestic incident and learned Farmer tipped her husband’s motorcycle and hit his truck repeatedly with a metal rake, causing damage to both objects. Farmer was arraigned in Ellicott Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail. She is scheduled to be back in court at a later date.
Alexandria V. Renner, 20, of Kennedy was charged on Tuesday with third-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers stopped Renner for a traffic stop and found her license to be suspended. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Ellicott Court at a later date.
Monica E. Delanoy, 18, of Park Street, Dunkirk, was charged on Saturday with petit larceny. Police took Delanoy into custody and issued an appearance ticket after being detained by staff at an Ellicott business for trying to remove property without paying. She will be in court at a later date.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
FREDONIA – Virginia Barnes, 40, of Erie, Pa., was charged on Sunday with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to submit to a breath test. Troopers said Barnes was parked on the south shoulder of Route 20 in Portland. Barnes allegedly told police she was lost and could not find her way home. She was taken into custody and was found to have a blood alcohol content of .25 percent. Barnes was issued ticket and is scheduled to be back in court at a later date.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Jaime L. Condella, 35, of Bone Run Road, Frewsburg, was charged on Monday with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Condella was taken into custody on a warrant following an incident and investigation at Wal-Mart on May 1. Police said Condella allegedly possessed stolen property from the store and did not return it. He is due back in Busti Court at a later date.
A 16-year-old and 18-year-old were charged at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday with petit larceny. The subjects were accused of stealing merchandise from Wal-Mart on Fairmount Avenue and will be in Busti Court at a later date.
Lindsey M. Torres, 21, of Lexington Plaza, Jamestown, was charged at 12:49 a.m. on Monday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, speed not reasonable and failure to keep right. Police responded to a one-car accident on West Lake Road near Lakeside Drive. Police learned an eastbound vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and went off the north side of the road, striking a few trees and a road sign. There were two people in the vehicle. Torres was found to be intoxicated and taken into custody. She was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court at a later date. No injuries were reported.
Ashley T. Luka, 21, of Summit Avenue, Lakewood, was charged at 8:16 p.m. on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se and failure to obey a no passing zone. Luka was taken into custody after police learned she allegedly traveled at a high rate of speed and passed a vehicle in a no passing zone. She was later found to be intoxicated and was issued appearance tickets to be in court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Anthony J. Park, 25, was charged at 12:30 a.m. on Monday with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Officers were called to Allen Street for a domestic dispute. Officers spoke with the victim who stated her brother engaged in a verbal argument that turned physical when Park allegedly punched her in the side of her head, pushed her to the ground and choked her. Park also allegedly threw a plastic lawn chair at a window, breaking the chair and putting a hole in the screen of the window. Park was located a short time later and taken into custody. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and was awaiting arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
SILVER CREEK – Brian L. Nowak, 27, was charge at 7:50 p.m. on Saturday with driving while intoxicated combination drugs/alcohol, unregistered operation and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Deputies responded to a vehicle complaint on Lafayette Street. Nowak was found to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol and was found to be in possession of a set of metal knuckles. Deputies learned Nowak’s learners permit had expired. He was processed and released with appearance tickets to be in Silver Creek Court.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
CATTARAUGUS – Kyle J. Harris, 35, of South Street, was charged on Sunday with second-degree harassment. Harris was taken into custody following a domestic dispute with a female relative. Police learned Harris allegedly struck the female in the face with his hand during the argument. He turned himself into deputies and was arraigned in New Albion Court.
RANDOLPH – James W. Warblow, 31, of Bella Place, Tonawanda, was charged on Friday with violation of probation. Warblow was taken into custody on a warrant and was arraigned in Randolph Court. He was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.
YORKSHIRE – Bryan R. Blankenberg, 28, of Route 16, Delevan, was charged on Friday with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater, inadequate headlights, failure to signal and open container in a motor vehicle. Blankenberg was processed and released to appear in Yorkshire Court at a later date.
ALLEGANY – Brian A. Tobola, 21, of Dugan Road, was charged on Sunday with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on Four Mile Road. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be back in court at a later date.
ALLEGANY – Thomas M. Mcrae, 20, of South Main Street, Portville, was charged on Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Four Mile Road. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be back in court at a later date.

RIPLEY – Timothy D. Dulmus, 40, of Hannon Road, Harbor Creek, was charged at midnight on Sunday with two counts of second-degree harassment. Deputies said Dulmus got into a verbal argument with a female over their son’s graduation money. The female told police she hid the money because Dulmus was known for taking money. Deputies learned Dulmus allegedly grabbed the female by the neck and punched the son in the nose, causing him to bleed. Dulmus was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail and will be back in Ripley Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Robin E. Jones, 40, of Irving, was charged at 12:55 a.m. on Friday with obstruction of governmental administration. Deputies were performing a driving while intoxicated investigation on an operator on Alleghany Road in Hanover. The rear-seat passenger, Jones, attempted to exit the vehicle multiple times. Police said Jones disregarded commands, and at one point began to urinate on the shoulder of the road. He was taken into custody and later released with appearance tickets.
SILVER CREEK – William A. Maecker, 59, of Central Avenue, was charged at 2:11 a.m. on Saturday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, refusal to submit to a pre-screen test and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Maecker was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody after a brief struggle with police. He was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail and will be in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Mark W. Franks, 45, was charged at 2:47 a.m. on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, speeding and unlicensed operator. Officers stopped a motorcycle on East Second and Weeks streets for speeding. Franks was found to be intoxicated and taken into custody, police said. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident. Franks was held pending arraignment.
Eddie Robles, 48, of West 12th Street, was charged at 6:15 p.m. on Sunday with theft of service. Officers responded to assist Jamestown firefighters for an open fire hydrant. Police learned the hydrant was tampered with in order to fill a large inflatable pool located in the backyard of a nearby residence. Robles was taken into custody and will be in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

Edward Feliciano-Lugo, 37, of Jamestown, was charged at 9 p.m. Thursday with petit larceny. Police learned Feliciano-Lugo allegedly stole a knife and a backpack from Wal-Mart on Fairmount Avenue. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in Busti Court at a later date.
Rachel A. Rizzo, was charged at 12:04 p.m. Wednesday with petit larceny. Police learned Rizzo allegedly went into Wal-Mart on Fairmount Avenue and took merchandise totaling $75.21 without paying. Rizzo is scheduled to be in court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Matthew W. Bailer, 43, of Holman Street was charged at 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespassing. Police responded to a burglary in progress at Holman Street. Officers spoke with residents, who stated they could hear arguing in the upstairs apartment, which was vacant. A K-9 unit was called, and the occupants surrendered without incident. Bailer was transported to Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment.
Barclay B. Joslyn, 45, was charged at 12:21 a.m. on Thursday with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and inadequate headlights. Officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle with one headlight not working. Joslyn was found to be intoxicated and had a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater. He was held pending arraignment.

HANOVER – Tinesha G. Kenny, 23, of Forestville was charged at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Police learned Kenny broke a window during an argument that took place in Forestville. Kenny was issued an appearance ticket to be in Hanover Court at a later date.
SILVER CREEK – Linda S. Douglas, 55, of Lake Avenue was charged at 6:28 p.m. on Wednesday with second-degree harassment. Police learned Douglas yelled obscenities at a victim on numerous occasions. Douglas was issued an appearance ticket to be in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Michael Markovich, 29, of Maple Street was charged on June 17 with fourth-degree grand larceny. Police were called to McDonald’s, North Main Street Extension, for a report of a stolen wallet. An investigation led to Markovich. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be in Ellicott Court at a later date.

CHERRY CREEK – Frank Cartalano, 57, of Crestview Drive was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Troopers stopped Cartalano for moving from a lane unsafely on Route 60 in Ellicott. He was taken into custody and was found to have a blood alcohol content of .24 percent. He was released with traffic tickets and will be in Ellicott Court on June 26.

Lorell Meacham, 53, of Falconer was charged on June 14 with petit larceny following a complaint made by owners of Blue Fin in Falconer. Police learned Meacham allegedly took items from the store without paying. She was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
RANDOLPH – Sonja L. Walsh, 39, of Main Street, was charged at 10 p.m. on Sunday with petit larceny and second-degree criminal trespassing. Deputies received a complaint that Walsh had gone to a neighbor’s apartment and took their puppy. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in court at a later date.
CONEWANGO – Anthony M. Caputi, 19, and Cameron M. Caputi, 19, both of Fawn Avenue, Salamanca, were charged at 12:15 a.m. on Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of alcohol under 21. Both were charged following a traffic stop on Route 241. They were issued appearance tickets and are due back in Conewango Court at a later date.

Elizabeth A. Horn, 23, of Range Road, Union City, Pa., was charged at 5:50 on June 11 with second-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Horn was taken into custody on a warrant from the town of Sherman on June 16 when deputies observed her driving on Route 430. She was arraigned and committed to Chautauqua County Jail.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Patrick S. Seekings, 21, of Fox Road, Ashville, and Danielle J. Schimek, 21, of South Road, Cherry Creek, were charged at 6:08 p.m. on Friday with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of hypodermic instruments. An off-duty sheriff’s deputy was following a 2000 Ford Taurus westbound on Baker Street Extension and observed the vehicle driving in an erratic manner and failing to keep right. According to a police report, Seeking pulled the vehicle over and switched places with Schimek. She was then found to be driving erratically and failed to keep right. The vehicle was stopped by Lakewood-Busti police where 10 syringes were found. Both were charged and issued appearance tickets to be back in court at a later date.
Carlos J. Corbin, 41, of South Work Street, Falconer, was charged at 1 p.m. Monday with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment. Corbin was taken into custody on a warrant following incidents on June 12-13 at the residence of a victim in Busti. Police said Corbin violated an order of protection by making several phone calls and text messages. He was arraigned and is due back in court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Omar Rosado, 27, was charged at 9:04 p.m. on Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing, unlawful imprisonment and aggravated family offense. Officers responded to East Second Street for a disorderly male. Police learned Rosado damaged property and threatened a female victim with a broken piece of lumber while holding her down. He was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. Rosado was held pending arraignment.

SILVER CREEK – Shawn A. Winkelmann, 39, of Tew Street, was charged at 1:41 a.m. Sunday with felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater, unsafe lane change and failure to signal a turn. Deputies stopped a vehicle on Howard Street for a traffic violation. Winkelmann was later found to be intoxicated. A check of his license found he had a prior conviction for driving while intoxicated within the past 10 years. As a result, charges were upgraded to a felony. Winkelmann was taken into custody and released with uniform traffic tickets to appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Dimitrios A. Landis, 22, of Fredonia, was charged at 2:11 a.m. on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign in Sunset Bay. Landis was found to be intoxicated and was processed. He was released with traffic citations to appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

Kleis, 21, of Homestead Road, Hamburg, was charged at 4:42 a.m. on Saturday with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, moving from lane unsafely and driving across hazard markings. Deputies stopped a vehicle on Routes 5 and 20 for traffic violations. Kleis was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. He was later released to appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Jeffrey A. Parisio, 23, of Silver Creek, was charged on Saturday with having an illegal open burn. Deputies were called to assist Silver Creek firefighters with a conservation complaint. Parisio was taken into custody and issued an appearance ticket to be in court at a later date.
HANOVER – Thomas A. Cuccia, 60, of Fredonia, was charged at 6:53 p.m. on Saturday with unsafe backing, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater. Deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Dennison and King roads. Police said Cuccia failed to negotiate a left-hand turn and entered a lawn. He then backed up while in reverse across the road into a ditch. Cuccia was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. He was issued appearance tickets and will be in Hanover Court at a later date.

Robert E. Ackler, of Jamestown, was charged at 6:13 p.m. on Saturday with two counts of second-degree menacing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Susann M. Caldwell, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree harassment. Emir Herrera and Samantha Hitchcock, both of Jamestown, were charged with second-degree harassment. Officers responded to Park Street for a report of a fight outside a residence. When police arrived, tenants from upstairs and downstairs were having a verbal argument outside. All were charged and transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident. They were held pending arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
RIPLEY – Harry O. Lindsay, 33, of Findley Lake, was charged at 11:35 p.m. on Wednesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Sheriff’s deputies and the Westfield Police were dispatched to a disorderly person on Route 5 in the town of Ripley. During an investigation, Lindsay became disorderly and punched the hood of a vehicle causing damage to the vehicle. Lindsay was arrested, arraigned in the town of Ripley Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond.
MAYVILLE – Brock D. Zampogna, 33, of 7 E. Sixth St., Jamestown, was charged on Thursday with fourth-degree grand larceny, misuse of food stamps and fraudulent receipt of benefits. From August 2012 through December 2012, Zampogna did not report employment/income to the Chautauqua County Department of Social Services. He did receive $3,023.80 in Medicaid and food stamp benefits that he was not entitled to receive. Zampogna is currently incarcerated in the Chautauqua County Jail where a warrant was served Friday. He will appear in the city of Jamestown court at a later date.
HANOVER – Steven M. Smith, 20, of Perrysburg, was charged with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater Friday at 4:38 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to Allegany Road for a one-vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers learned Smith drove off the road into a ditch. He was issued appearance tickets for Town of Hanover Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA – Gary F. Shomo, 52, of Bedford, N.H., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding Saturday at 7:45 p.m. Deputies stopped Shomo on Hartfield-Stockton Road for speeding and he was found to have a suspended New York state driver’s license. He was issued appearance tickets for Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
POMFRET – Larry A. King, 59, of Mayville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and refusal to take a breath test Friday at 10:05 p.m. Deputies stopped King for speeding on Fredonia-Stockton Road. Following an investigation it was determined King was intoxicated. He appeared in front of the Pomfret town justice and his license was suspended. He will appear in Town of Pomfret Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Jacob E. Andrews, 29, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, improper/switched plates and unlawful possession of marijuana. The town of Ellicott Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Andrews. He was cited for the violations and was turned over to the Jamestown Police Department on a warrant. Andrews is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Joshua M. Eddy, 25, of Jamestown was charged at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday with resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and parole violation. Jamestown Police Department officers assisted NYS Division of Parole with a check of a Barrows Street residence for Eddy. Eddy was located inside the residence and did not comply with officers during the effect of his arrest. He was taken into custody, charged and is being held pending arraignment.
Dennis W. Norks, 26, of Jamestown was charged at 4:35 a.m. on Friday with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers of the third platoon responded to 305 E. Fifth St. for a fight. Officers arrived on scene and located a female victim yelling for help. During the investigation it was found that Dennis W. Norks had broken property that belonged to the female and also physically restrained her in a closet which prevented her from leaving the apartment. Norks was charged and is being held in the City Jail pending an arraignment.
Michael A. Long, 34, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing Saturday at 2:30 a.m. Officers responded to the Ramada Inn, 150 W. Fourth St., for a report of an unwanted subject staying inside a room. Long, who is an employee of the Ramada Inn, used his keys to open a room that he was not authorized to be in for the night. Long then invited several other individuals to the room to stay with him. Long was not authorized to make such an arrangement and did not properly reserve a room. He was taken to Jamestown City Jail and held in lieu of bail.
Leshawn T. Kimbrough, 22, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and taken into custody on a Jamestown City Court warrant Friday at 4:02 p.m. Officers responded to the area of 40 W. 12th St. near Washington Street for a report of a fight. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Kimbrough and during the investigation it was learned that Kimbrough had a valid warrant out for his arrest. While taking Kimbrough into custody, he was found to be in possession of a pill bottle containing two different type of prescription drugs. Kimbrough was taken to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.

LAKEWOOD – Sean P. Miller, 26, of 258 E. Fifth St., Jamestown, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant out of Town of Busti Court after being released from Chautauqua County Jail on June 8 at 4 a.m. Miller failed to answer a court summons. He was remanded to county jail on bail and will appear in court at a later date.

RANDOLPH – Joseph E. Novak, 19, of 210 Main St., Randolph, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment Thursday at 8:10 p.m. Novak was arraigned in Randolph Town Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail.

MEAD – Elizabeth M. Johnson, 29, of Clarendon, Pa., was charged with driving under the influence after a single-car motor-vehicle accident Friday at 10:36 p.m. Police say Johnson was driving her 2007 Pontiac G6 eastbound on state Route 6 when she failed to negotiate a curve and began to spin. Johnson traveled across the westbound lane and struck an embankment as well as a mailbox. Further investigation revealed that Johnson was under the influence and she was charged.

DUNKIRK – Douglas D. Baldwin, 33, of Route 5, was charged at 8 p.m. on Sunday with disorderly conduct. Deputies responded to a fight and later found that Baldwin engaged in a fight with another neighbor in the trailer park. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be in Dunkirk Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN – David A. Bemis, 44, was charged at 4:47 p.m. on Wednesday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator. Bemis was issued an appearance ticket and will be in Jamestown Court at a later date. A licensed driver took possession of the truck.

RANDOLPH – Alicia R. Hartson, 20, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and making graffiti on Monday, May 20. After an investigation performed by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau, it was revealed that Hartson spray painted several different locations, throughout the town of Randolph, different statements and expressions on businesses, streets, sidewalks and on two separate churches. She was ordered to appear in Randolph Town Court on a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
POMFRET – David Boland, 39, of Forestville was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:47 a.m. on Tuesday. Deputies stopped a vehicle for failing to signal a turn on Route 20 in the town of Pomfret. Further investigation into the stop led to a brief search of the front seat of Boland’s car and where marijuana and a fireman, not registered to Boland, were found. He was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Pomfret Court at a later date. The investigation is continuing and further charges may follow.
SINCLAIRVILLE – Shawn M. Hale, 20, of 32 Kent St., Sinclairville, was charged at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday after sheriff’s deputies located him at a residence in Sinclairville where he was found to have a probation warrant for sexual misconduct. He is being held in the Chautauqua County Jail.

Kyle E. Gray, 31, of Montgomery, Texas, was charged at 1:43 a.m. on Friday with speeding in zone, failure to keep right, refusal to take a breath test and driving while intoxicated. Jamestown Police officers stopped Gray in front of 1250 E. Second St., Jamestown and found him to be operating his motor vehicle in an intoxicated conditions. he was transported to City Jail where he refused a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol content. He is in City Jail awaiting arraignment.

WARREN – Amber L. Albaugh, 26, was charged with access device fraud for using a credit card issued to Elizabeth M. Johnson to make several purchases and withdrawals totaling $508.60 on May 22 at a Kwik Fill and Country Fair in Warren.
Jonathan Christopher Williams, of Jamestown, was charged with criminal conspiracy and theft from May 16-20 in Clarendon, Warren and Sugar Grove. Williams was charged on unrelated charges in New York state, where he waived extradition, was transported by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department to Warren County and committed to the Warren County Jail. Value of the property stolen from Stone Concrete of Clarendon, Elkhorn Propane of Warren and Homers Salvage of Sugar Grove, totaled $7,500.

KIANTONE – A 15-year-old youth was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree menacing, unlawful possession of a weapon under 16 and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. The charges stem from an incident that took place on Riverside Road in which police said the juvenile fired a shotgun round in the area near two men fishing at Conewango Creek. The juvenile was given a Family Court appearance ticket.

Kobel, 21, of 433 Stowe St., Jamestown, was charged with speeding, no/improper signal, driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI on Saturday at 1:18 a.m. Officers stopped Kobel on Washington Street at West 17th Street for no signaling a lane change and speeding. Kobel was found to be operating his vehicle in a highly intoxicated state. He was taken to City Jail and is awaiting arraignment.

DUNKIRK – Richard Godbey, 55, of Brocton was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident Friday at 11:37 p.m. Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle going off the road and striking a guide rail, then fleeing the scene. Deputies located a license plate at the scene which led officers to the registered owner’s residence. Further investigation after the vehicle was located led to Godbey being charged. He was released with traffic tickets and will appear in Town of Dunkirk Court at a later date.
DUNKIRK – Christian Donaldson, 25, of 72 Commodore Ave., Tonawanda, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Friday at 8:21 p.m. Deputies stopped Donaldson for a traffic violation and an investigation led to the possession of marijuana charge. Donaldson will appear in Town of Dunkirk Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Joseph P. Comstock, 30, of Edwards Corners Road, Perrysburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated and DWI per se Saturday at 4:11 a.m. Deputies were attempting to check a suspicious vehicle at a local business on Routes 5 & 20 in Hanover when the vehicle attempted to leave the area. Deputies stopped the vehicle and upon further investigation, Comstock was found to be operating in an intoxicated state. Comstock was taken into custody and later released to appear in Town of Hanover Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA – Henry B. Stovall, 35, of Dunkirk was charged with driving while intoxicated and DWI per se on Saturday at 12:54 a.m. Deputies on patrol on Route 430 in Chautauqua observed a vehicle allegedly speeding. After a stop, Stovall was found to be the operator and further investigation led to the DWI charges. Stovall was released to appear in Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
DUNKIRK – Adam C. Gonzalez, 28, of Fredonia was charged with petit larceny on Saturday at 11:50 a.m. Sheriff’s deputies responded to TJ Maxx on Vineyard Drive for a report of a shoplifter in custody. Loss prevention allegedly observed Gonzalez stealing items. He was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Dunkirk Court at a later date.

Angela L. Swabik, 38, was charged at 6:05 p.m. on Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and unnecessary noise. Officers responded to Broadhead Avenue for a domestic incident. Swabik was found to have broken a window at the residence. She also began yelling and swearing at officers as they conducted their investigation, and was taken into custody. She was held pending arraignment.

Andrew R. George, 20, of Erie, Pa., was charged at 7:35 p.m. on Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana. A vehicle was stopped on West Main Street for speeding. George was found in possession of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket to be back in court at a later date.
Amanda K. Overbeck, 25, was charged at 11:30 p.m. on May 30 with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se and moving from a lane unsafely. Police were investigating an accident on South Portage Street and found Overbeck had driven across the white hazzard marking and struck a parked vehicle. She was found to have been operating her vehicle in an intoxicated state and will appear in Westfield Court at a later date.
Jesse A. Newman, 47, of Cass Street, was charged at 10:06 p.m. on May 31 with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded to Cass Street for a harassment complaint and observed Newman smoking a controlled substance. He was also found to be in possession of Psilocybin mushrooms and Fentanyl near a child. Newman was arraigned and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
Leonard J. Erhard, 35, of East Chautauqua Street, was charged at 7:30 p.m. on May 29 with open container. Police were dispatched for two suspicious males on Market Street and found Erhard to be in possession of a bottle of beer. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in court at a later date.
Thomas F. Stoughton, 30, of East Route 20, was charged at 11:17 p.m. on Saturday with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater and failure to stop at a stop sign. Officers observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign on Creamery Road and found Stoughton to be in an intoxicated state. Stoughton’s license was found to have been suspended due to a prior drinking and driving offense. He is scheduled to appear in Westfield Court at a later date. Police were assisted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Three youths were charged at 8:40 p.m. on May 30 with third-degree trespassing after a concerned citizen notified police of several subjects crossing the Norfolk Southern Railroad Bridge. Police found the three youths still on the bridge when they arrived and removed them.
A 16-year-old male was charged at 7:25 a.m. on Wednesday with disorderly conduct. Police were on patrol and observed the male riding his skateboard down the center of North Gale Road, obstructing traffic. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be in Westfield Court at a later date.

Chelsea L. Haskins, 21, of Cassadaga Road, was charged at 6:53 p.m. on May 21 with second-degree aggravated harassment and criminal contempt. Police received a complaint about Haskins calling and threatening a person with whom there was an order of protection between them. Haskins was taken into custody on an arrest warrant and arraigned in Busti Court. She is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
Mari J. Knight, 38, of Newton Street, Jamestown, was charged at noon on Thursday with issuing a bad check and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Knight was taken into custody on an arrest warrant for issuing a bad check to Johnson’s Keystone in Busti in the amount of $1,175 on April 1. She was sent to Chautauqua County Jail.

SILVER CREEK – Jamie L. Delregno, 31, of Union Street, Rochester, was charged at 1:55 a.m. on Tuesday with speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding on Central Avenue. Police learned Delregno’s license was suspended and was taken into custody. Delregno was sent to Chautauqua County Jail and will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
RIPLEY – Timothy Conklin, 60, of State Street, was charged at 9:30 p.m. on Monday with trespassing and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Police learned Conklin became involved in an incident with another resident in Ripley. During the incident it is alleged that Conklin trespassed and became involved in a dispute. He was issued appearance tickets and will be in court at a later date.
STOCKTON – Joseph W. Zipp, 22, of Forestville was charged at 11:37 p.m. on Monday with operating a motor vehicle with less than two headlights, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Deputies on patrol on Route 60 in Cassadaga observed a northbound vehicle with less than two working headlights, and Zipp was identified as the driver. He was later found to be intoxicated. Zipp will appear in Stockton Court at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Dallas J. O’Brien, 78, was charged at 6:40 a.m. on May 29 with third-degree criminal trespassing. O’Brien was found to have been at the Seneca Allegany Casino after he was excluded from all gaming properties . He was transported to Salamanca City Jail where he was released to appear back in court.
OTTO – Nicholas D. Casselman, 23, of Beaver Meadows Road, Machias, was charged at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday with second-degree criminal trespassing. He was taken into custody following a domestic dispute. He was arraigned in Persia Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.

FREDONIA – Lydia E. White, 19, of Irving, was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana and underage alcohol possession. White was stopped on Routes 5 and 20 for having a modified exhaust and no front plate. She was found to be in possession of 2.6 grams of marijuana and nine cans of beer. White was issued tickets for Hanover Court.

A 16-year-old male was charged at 8:36 p.m. on Sunday with third-degree assault. Officers responded to McKinley Avenue for a past-tense assault. Police located the victim with multiple injuries to her face. An investigation led officers to the youth, who was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident. He was awaiting arraignment.
Marie E. Smith, 40, was charged at 5:18 a.m. on Sunday with second-degree harassment. Jason S. Smith, 43, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Buffalo Street. Jason Smith was found to have violated an order of protection. During their investigation, Marie Smith was found to have struck a male victim, scratching his eye. Both were transported to Jamestown City Jail and were held pending arraignment.
Matthew S. Jones, 26, was charged at 1:50 a.m. on Sunday with second-degree harassment. Officers responded to Bullfrog Hotel on East Second Street for a report of a fight. Police learned Jones punched and kicked the bartender of the establishment. He was transported to city jail and released on bail.
Rebecca A. Johnson, 22, was taken into custody at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday after police responded to Stowe Street for a report of a fight. During their investigation, police learned Johnson was wanted for failure to appear in court on previous charges. She was transported to city jail and was awaiting arraignment.
Lisa K. Gilbert, 56, was taken into custody after officers discovered Sunday she had a probation violation warrant out of Jamestown City Court. Officers found Gilbert arguing with another female outside a local establishment.

HANOVER – Yarimar M. Cruz, 20, of Buffalo, was charged at 7:09 p.m. on Sunday with driving while intoxicated common law, driving while intoxicated per se and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign in the Sunset Bay area. Cruz was stopped and was found to be operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. She was taken into custody and provided a chemical test to determine her blood alcohol level. Cruz was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

Kester was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Dutch Hill Road. Kester was processed and released to appear in court at a later date.

Brian M. Smyczek, 41, of 28 Liberty St., Bemus Point was charged at 8:47 p.m. on Thursday with second-degree criminal contempt. Police stopped Smyczek at Pine and East Third streets after confirming he had an outstanding warrant out of the city of Jamestown. He was found to be operating a vehicle with a female passenger whom he had a valid order of protection to stay away from. Smyczek was transported to city jail awaiting arraignment.
Tiffany N. Brown, 24, of Jamestown was charged at 3:15 a.m. on Friday with failure to keep right, use of mobile telephone, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Police observed a red Ford Explorer that matched the description of a suspect vehicle in an earlier incident. The vehicle was then observed driving in the wrong lane and the operator was using a mobile device while driving. After conducting a traffic stop, officers spoke with the driver, identifed as Brown. After speaking with her and a series of field sobriety tests, she was transported to the city jail. After submitting to a chemical breath test, Brown’s blood alcohol content was found to be over the legal limit. She was charged and released on bail.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
BUSTI – Matthew R. Kuzminski, 23, of Irvine, Pa., was charged with reckless driving, unlicensed operation, unlawful fleeing a police officer, possession of a hypodermic instrument and three speeding violations Thursday at 7:48 p.m. While on patrol, a Lakewood-Busti police officer observed a vehicle traveling 91 mph on Busti-Sugar Grove Road. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle by activating emergency lights and sirens, but the vehicle did not stop. The vehicle travled into the hamlet of Busti in excess of 90 mph, continuing on Forest Avenue toward Jamestown. Upon further investigation, Kuzminski was determined to be the operator without a driver’s license. While being taken into custody, he was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle. He was sent to Chautauqua County Jail and will appear in Town of Busti Court at a later date.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
David L. McLaughlin III, 19, of Westfield was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration May 25 at 1:53 a.m. Westfield police were investigating an alleged car larceny on Union Street in the village when a description of the alleged suspect was learned. Patrols checked the area and observed a male matching the description on Elm Street. When officers attempted to speak to the male, he ran on foot from the officer. Another officer observed the suspect in some bushes near a residence on First Street. Despite the officer announcing himself multiple times, the suspect did not comply. Eventually the male was taken into custody after a foot chase through several backyards. He is set to appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date. The investigation is continuing.
Steven A. Keller, 59, of Elm Street, Westfield was charged with second-degree assault May 26 at midnight. Westfield police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 45 Elm St. Upon arrival, officers found an 83-year-old victim who had suffered multiple lacerations and contusions to the face. Upon investigation, it was alleged that Keller caused physical injury to the victim. Keller was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail. He will return to village court at a later date. The victim was treated at Westfield Memorial Hospital and later released.
Daniel K. Dunmore, 22, of 49 Washington St., Westfield was charged with second-degree criminal contempt May 26 at 7:50 p.m. Dunmore was taken into custody for violating an order of protection. He was arraigned in Village of Westfield Court and released on his own recognizance. He will appear in court at a later date.
Percy Cameron, 26, of Millicent Avenue, Buffalo was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding at 10:11 p.m. May 26. Police observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. Upon further investigation, Cameron was determined to be the operator and her license was found to be suspended in New York state. She will appear in Village of Westfield Court at a later date.

Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies were patrolling the area of Sunset Bay, town of Hanover and observed Brodlowicz and Nosbisch walking down South Shore Drive in possession of an open container of alcohol. Both were issued appearance tickets and will be in the Town of Hanover Court to answer the charge at a later date.
HANGOVER – A 16-year-old male, of Silver Creek, was charged at 12:50 a.m. in the town of Hanover parking lot, South Shore Drive, for a curfew violation. Deputies observed the 16-year-old loitering at the parking lot, who was in violation of the Hanover local curfew law. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Hanover Court at a later date.

Thompson, 44, of Portland was charged with second-degree menacing Friday at 9 a.m. Officers were called after it was alleged that Thompson threatened another individual with a pair of scissors at 7620 Felton Road in Portland. Thomas was taken into custody and arraigned in Town of Chautauqua Court due to the unavailability of Town of Portland Court. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail and held on bail. He will appear in Town of Portland court at a later date.

HANOVER – Stephen H. Gawronski, 24, of Dunkirk, Sarah M. Audi, 21, of Fredonia, and Joshua C. Lee, 22, of Fredonia were all charged with possession of an open container of alcohol at 4:50 p.m. Saturday. Sheriff’s deputies patrolling the area of Sunset Bay observed the three with open containers of alcohol while on public property. They were all issued appearance tickets for Town of Hanover Court at a later date.

GOWANDA – James Richard Freeman, 18, of 79 Johnson St., Gowanda was charged at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday with a violation of probation warrant by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department deputies. He was arraigned in Cattaraugus County Court and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail with bail set at $3,000. He will appear in court at a later date.
