CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
STOCKTON – Andre J. Biekert, 43, of Dewittville was charged with failure to maintain and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies on Tuesday at 7:10 p.m. observed a vehicle traveling on Hartfield-Stockton Road commit a traffic violation. It was later found that Biekert’s license privilege had been revoked. He is to appear back in court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPT.
Eric R. Roland, 19, was charged with felony fugitive from justice. Roland on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Arizona. He is awaiting arraignment and extradition to Arizona.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPT.
Darin L. Butts Jr., 19, of Thayer Street, Jamestown, was charged with two counts of petit larceny. A warrant was served Wednesday on Butts following an incident at the Wal-Mart in Lakewood. Police said Butts allegedly stole property from the store with another subject. Butts is scheduled for arraignment at a later date.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
FREDONIA – Raymond Skibicki, 20, of Elma, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Troopers on Tuesday at 12:35 a.m. stopped a vehicle on Route 20 in the town of Pomfret for having inadequate stop lamps and exhaust. The odor of marijuana was reportedly coming from the vehicle. Skibicki was allegedly found to have 4.5 grams of marijuana, a grinder containing 1 gram of marijuana and a plastic smoking device. Skibicki will be back in court at a later date.
FREDONIA – Charles M. Karlstrom Jr., 25, was charged with petit larceny after a complaint from a Portland resident that his medication was missing. Troopers said Karlstrom allegedly took hydrocodone pills without the owner’s permission. Karlstrom was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
FRENCH CREEK – James J. Kos, 57, of Royalton, Ohio, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Deputies on Monday at 12:42 a.m. were called to Peek’n Peak to assist security with an incident. Kos allegedly pushed security and obstructed officers from gathering information. Kos was arraigned in Town of Sherman Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in French Creek Court at a later date.
MINA – Patti A. Smith, 52, of Findley Lake was charged with driving over hazard lines and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .08 percent. Deputies on Monday at 1:48 p.m. responded to an accident on Route 426 in Findley Lake. Deputies found a vehicle had hit a telephone pole head on. Smith was allegedly found to be intoxicated. She will appear in Mina Court at a later date.

George W. Colley Jr., of Southwestern Drive, Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault. Police arrested Colley on a warrant following an incident on Sunday at 2 a.m. in which a female victim received a facial injury during an altercation.
Miguel A. Soto, 38, Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Officers on Monday at 6:30 p.m. responded to a report of a disorderly subject in front of Bon-Ton. Officers discovered merchandise had allegedly been taken from the store. After checking Soto’s identification, it was discovered he had active warrants out of the Town of Busti. Soto was arraigned in Town of Busti Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.

RANDOLPH – Terrence A. Musall, 27, of Sheldon Street was charged with violating parole. Musall was taken to Cattaraugus County Jail. He is due in court at a later date.
ASHFORD – Michael J. Mclean, 49, of Webster Road, Orchard Park, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood-alcohol content over .08 percent and speeding. Deputies on Feb. 23 at 12:45 a.m. charged Mclean following a traffic stop for speeding. He was processed and released to appear in court at a later date.

WESTFIELD – Herbert Schultz, 47, was charged with common law driving while intoxicated, DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, failure to keep right and operating a motor vehicle while on a mobile device. Deputies on Sunday at 9:53 p.m. saw a vehicle traveling in the town of Portland failing to keep right. Schultz was charged, released with traffic tickets and will be in court later.

ELLICOTT – Shawn Didomenico, 38, of East Elmwood Avenue, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police pulled Didomenico’s vehicle over for having a loud exhaust in the city of Jamestown. Troopers report seeing him dropping a plastic baggie containing one gram of cocaine. He was taken to police barracks and processed, and was awaiting arraignment.
ELLICOTT – Matthew Minekime, 33, of Harmon Street, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Minekime was stopped for failure to stop at a stop sign in the town of Ellicott. Minekime failed field sobriety tests and was transported to police barracks where he provided a breath sample of .10 percent. He was released with traffic tickets and is due back in court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
OLEAN – Thomas D. Doner, 33, of Newton Street, Salamanca, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance. Police charged Doner after a lengthy investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. Doner was taken into custody Feb. 22 on an indictment warrant out of Cattaraugus County. The Sheriff’s Office and Salamanca police assisted in the investigation. Doner was taken to County Jail.
ELLICOTT POLICE
Shamori L. Houston, 32, of Second Avenue, Falconer, was charged with larceny on Saturday. Police report Houston took $1,200 from a purse before throwing the purse out of an apartment window. Houston was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail pending bail.

Scott A. George, 29, was charged with being a fugitive from justice. Police on Saturday at 6:59 p.m. stopped George for not using a turn signal while entering traffic. Police learned that George was wanted out of North Dakota. He was taken into custody pending extradition out of state.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
Marvin J. Colon-Dones, 21, of North Main Street, Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Colon-Dones on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. was allegedly observed by Wal-Mart loss prevention personnel stealing merchandise. He was detained and was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Jamestown. Colon-Dones was processed and issued appearance tickets to appear in Busti Court at a later date. He was then transported to City Jail to answer the warrant.
Kelly L. Seekings, 43, of Busti, was charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Seekings was charged following an incident at her house. She was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
BROCTON – Jerry Bentham, of Route 20, Westfield, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or higher, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an injury accident, not wearing a seat belt and following too closely. Police on Friday at 9:01 p.m. responded to a report of an accident with an injury. Bentham hit another vehicle before fleeing on foot, police said. He was located a short while later and was found to not have permission to use the vehicle he was driving, police said. Bentham was arraigned in Portland Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail. The driver of the second vehicle was transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
WESTFIELD – Arthur J. Reid Jr., 22, of Lyons Road, Sherman, was taken into custody Friday on a bench warrant out of Westfield Court. Reid was taken into custody without incident and later sent to County Jail.

CLYMER – Trent Johnston, 22, of Ripley was charged Sunday with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle. Police responded to a report of a missing van at Peek’n Peak Ski Resort. While the trooper was interviewing the resort staff, another employee observed the van in question drive south on Olde Road and pull into the parking lot near the maintenance building. Johnson was charged and transported to the Jamestown barracks, arraigned in the town of French Creek and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE
WARREN – Summer J. Bednar, 36, of Clarendon was charged at 6:50 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 18, with unsafe speed after an accident. The crash occurred on Route 6 at the intersection of Crescent Boulevard. Both vehicles suffered disabling damage from the crash and were towed from the scene. Neither vehicle operators were injured as a result of the crash.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
GREAT VALLEY – Cory J. O’Neil, 28, of Ellicottville was charged at 3:54 a.m. on Feb. 10 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and following too closely after he was involved in an accident at the intersection of Route 219 and Route 98 in the town of Great Valley. O’Neil was taken to the town of Great Valley Court for arraignment and transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail where he was held in lieu of $1,000 bail. He is to appear in court at a later date.
SALAMANCA – Barry E. Snyder III, 32, of Salamanca was charged at 12:35 a.m. on Sunday on a violation of parole. Cattaraugus County deputies apprehended Snyder as he was walking along Old Route 17 in the town of Salamanca following an incident at his home address. He was then transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail where he is being held without bail.

NORTH HARMONY – Daniel M. Martino, 29, of Corning was charged at 5:26 p.m. on Monday for marijuana possession. Following a traffic stop, the odor of marijuana was detected. The trooper located a plastic baggie allegedly containing 4 grams of marijuana. Martino was issued an appearance ticket for town court on March 7.
GERRY – George C. Austin, 33, of Buffalo was charged at 11 p.m. on Monday on a warrant from of the town of Cheektowaga police department. The trooper initiated a traffic stop on Route 60 in the town of Gerry on a 2002 Chrysler Sebring for an obstructed registration plate. A check revealed that Austin was wanted on a charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Austin was transported to Cheektowaga for arraignment.
CLYMER – Adrianna Samlock, 20, of Clymer and Keith Tilyou, 19, of Ripley were charged on Thursday with second-degree aggravated harassment. Over the preceding few days, Samlock and Tilyou called the state police several times reporting that the other was contacting them excessively. As neither party desired the other arrested, verbal warnings were given to both to refrain from contacting each other. When Samlock and Tilyou ignored the state police and continued to contact and annoy each other, they were charged and taken into custody. They were processed and issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of French Creek Court.
Brittany Merrill, 34, of South Dayton was charged on Feb. 20 with fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. Police responded to a larceny complaint at the Sweet Repeats consignment shop in Jamestown. A customer reported that a woman she had been talking to in the store had stolen her purse, containing credit cards, cash and personal effects. The investigation determined that the suspect was Merrill. When the trooper located her at her residence, she was allegedly in possession of the stolen purse, with all the contents intact. She was taken into custody and processed at the Jamestown barracks, arraigned in the Town of Kiantone Court and released on her own recognizance, to appear at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Justin Pickett, 24, of 53 Eagle St., Salamanca was charged at 5:08 a.m. on Monday, for obstruction of governmental administration. He is being held awaiting arraignment.
SALAMANCA – Ryan Tarr, 22, of 59 Main St., Salamanca was charged at 11:03 a.m. on Monday, on a bench warrant. He posted bail and was released.
SALAMANCA – A 17-year-old female was charged at noon Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief. The charges stem from an alleged domestic dispute that occurred in the city Feb. 16. The female was released and will appear in Salamanca City Court at a later date.
SALAMANCA -Darrin L. Frank, 23, of 3747 Killbuck Road, Salamanca was charged at 12:38 p.m. on Wednesday, with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt. The charges stem from a domestic dispute that occurred in the city on Feb. 18. Frank was released and will appear in Salamanca City Court at a later date.
SALAMANCA – Eric Gustafson, 37, of Olean was charged at 1:45 a.m. on Wednesday for second-degree criminal trespass after a domestic incident. Gustafson was processed and released to appear at a later date.

EAST OTTO – Samantha J. Lilley, 28, of 7940 Mill St., East Otto was charged at 2:40 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16 with third-degree assault. Lilley allegedly punched another party in an altercation causing injury to the other party, splitting both the upper and lower lips, and causing bleeding, swelling and pain. She was taken into custody, arraigned and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.

SILVER CREEK – Joseph R. Faraci III, 34, of Henery St., Silver Creek was charged at 1:59 a.m. on Thursday, with insufficient tail lamps and unlawful possession of marijuana. Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on Central Avenue in the village of Silver Creek for an equipment violation. Faraci was identified as the operator of the vehicle and upon further investigation, he was allegedly found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. He was released with appearance tickets and will appear in village court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN – Richard G. Mason, 52, was charged with misusing food stamps. Police said from March 2012 through May 2012, Mason received $501 in SNAP/food stamps benefits that he was not entitled to receive. Police said Mason failed to report that a subject active on his case had moved out of his residence. He is scheduled to appear in Jamestown city court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
Victoria N. Bradberry was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a damaged windshield. Police on Wednesday at 3:44 p.m. conducted a traffic stop at Buffalo and Newton streets. Bradberry gave police a false name, and was found to have an outstanding warrant from the city of Jamestown. She is awaiting arraignment.

Brian D. Olsen, 26, of Busti-Sugar Grove Road was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, speeding, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana. On Tuesday, police stopped Olsen on Forest Avenue Extension for speeding. An investigation found he was allegedly intoxicated and in possession of marijuana. Olsen was issued appearance and traffic tickets and released. He is due back in court at a later date.

Ashley N. Porter, 22, of Maple Street, Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Police responded on Feb. 15 for a complaint at a residence. Porter was issued an appearance ticket to appear in court at a later date.

ALLEGANY – Darren M. Cruz, 27, of Bradford, Pa., was charged with being a fugitive of justice, third-degree attempted escape and unlawful possession of marijuana. Police on Feb. 16 arrested Cruz on a warrant. He was arraigned and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail. Cruz will appear in court at a later date.
DAYTON – Eric W. Dustin, 28, and Brian A. Dustin, 27, were charged with operating a snowmobile while intoxicated, operating with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, unregistered vehicle and uninsured vehicle. Both were processed and released and are due back in Dayton Court at a later date.
RANDOLPH – Randall A. Shaffer Jr., 28, of William Street was charged on Feb. 15 with fourth-degree grand larceny. Shaffer was arraigned and remanded to County Jail.
RANDOLPH – Michael A. Doner, 19, of Dean Street was arrested Feb. 15 on a bench warrant out of the city of Salamanca. Doner was turned over to Salamanca police for further processing.
RANDOLPH – Tyler L. Griffin, 18, of Kingsley Street, was charged with third-degree assault. Police charged Griffin on Feb. 14 in the town of Randolph. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in court at a later date.
RANDOLPH – Christopher M. Powers, 27, of Fifth Avenue was charged with second-degree forgery. On Feb. 15, Powers was arrested on a warrant out of Salamanca. He was arraigned and remanded to County Jail.
RANDOLPH – Daniel D. Visker, 26, was charged with second-degree forgery and second-degree possession of a forged instrument. On Feb. 15, Visker was arrested on a warrant out of Salamanca. He was arraigned and remanded to County Jail.
YORKSHIRE – Alan L. Murphy, 20, of Middle Road was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies on Feb. 16 stopped Murphy’s vehicle and found his license was allegedly suspended. Murphy was arraigned and bail was set and posted in court.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Robert F. Lynch, 43, and Emily C. Aronoff, 29, both of New York City were charged at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday in the town of Chautauqua. Lynch was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, failure to keep right and improper turn signal. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s patrol observed a vehicle driving erratically on Route 394 in Chautauqua. After observing multiple traffic infractions, the vehicle was stopped and following an investigation, Lynch was taken into custody and later released following a chemical test. Aronoff was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and released. Both will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
Kyle S. Jarvis, 20, of Bemus Point was charged at 11:59 p.m., on Wednesday, with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, disobeying a stop sign and inadequate headlamps. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s patrol stopped a vehicle on the Maple Springs-Ellery Road in the town of Ellery. The operator was identified as Jarvis. He was taken into custody and charged. He will appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date.

ALLEGANY – Christina M. Crainer, 28, of 1 Leo Moss Drive, Great Valley was charged with petit larceny at 1 p.m. on Tuesday for an incident that took place on Dec. 20. Ms. Crainer was processed and issued an appearance ticket. She is due in the Town of Allegany Court at 5 p.m. on March 11.
CATTARAUGUS – Joseph R. Fernandez, 38, of 62 N. Main St., Cattaraugus was charged on a bench warrant out of the city of Salamanca, at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. He was transported and turned over to Salamanca police for further processing.
LITTLE VALLEY – Nikolas M. Hillard, 24, of 130 Main St., Apt. 3, Little Valley was charged on a bench warrant issued out of the city of Salamanca for failure to appear in court, at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. He was transported and turned over to the Salamanca Police Department.
SOUTH VALLEY – Jordan T. Estes, 19, of 37 Hazzard St., Jamestown was charged at 2:45 a.m. on Thursday, with fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of alcohol under the age of 21. Estes was arrested following an investigation of a vehicle stuck in the town of South Valley. He was issued appearance tickets and released to appear back at South Valley Court at a later date.

An 18-year-old male was charged at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, with second-degree harassment, following an altercation with another youth on Feb. 4 in Salamanca. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
A 16-year-old male was charged at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, with second-degree harassment, resulting from a bullying incident that took place in Salamanca on Jan. 28. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
Matthew J. Faux, 40, of 19 Armstrong St., Salamanca was charged at 4:22 p.m. on Wednesday, on a bench warrant issued out of the city of Salamanca. He posted bail to appear in City Court at a later date.
Shally S. Seneca, 19, of Hawk Meadow Drive, Irving was charged at 12:06 a.m. Friday with disorderly conduct and underage possession of an alcoholic beverage after an incident on Broad Street. She is being held for arraignment.
Travis J. Doner, 24, of 580 W. State St., Salamanca was charged at 1:05 a.m. on Friday with operating a motor vehicle without headlights on a public highway and aggravated unlicensed operation after a traffic stop. He will appear for arraignment at 9 a.m., Feb. 27 in City Court.

SUGAR GROVE – Dylan Marshall Kay, 18; Joseph Robert Rutsky, 19; and Gunner James Schenck, 18, all of Sugar Grove, were charged at 5:14 p.m. on Monday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They were found parked on Rounds Hill Road, Sugar Grove Township, Warren County and upon speaking to them, Pennsylvania State detected the odor of marijuana was detected.

FRENCH CREEK – Jeffry T. Legters, 27, of Clymer was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater and parking on a highway. Deputies on Feb. 9 at 10:54 p.m. observed a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road on Redding Road. A female was observed arguing with the male operator. Legters was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was released with appearance tickets and will answer the charges in French Creek Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Gregg J. Guichard, 26, of East Second Street, Lakewood was charged with third-degree assault. Police on Wednesday to a report of a fight on Fairmount Avenue with four suspects involved. Police said Guichard allegedly confronted another male and assaulted him. He will appear in court at a later date.
Patrick D. Hayes, 58, of Lakin Avenue was charged with second-degree harassment. Hayes was charged following an altercation on Feb. 5. He is to appear in court at a later date.

LITTLE VALLEY – Stephen Spicola, 23, of Broadway Road was charged with violating parole. Deputies on Monday at 4:45 p.m. charged Spicola stemming from a warrant issued from Cattaraugus County Court. He was jailed pending further court action.
LITTLE VALLEY – Donald N. Michener, 50, of South Court Street was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct. Deputies on Monday at 9:33 p.m. charged Michener following a domestic incident. He was arraigned in Little Valley Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.

OLEAN – Stephanie Crossairt, 21, Green Street, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police on Monday at 9:43 a.m. charged Crossairt for allegedly possessing three 20mg Vyzance pills in her purse while being processed at the jail. She was taken to Little Valley Court and was arraigned. Crossairt is due back in court at a later date.
RANDOLPH – Tyler T. Barber on Saturday was charged with petit larceny and third-degree forgery. Barber was charged following an investigation at the Turtle Pit Smoke Shop. Barber was arraigned and released. Barber will appear back in court at a later date.
SALAMANCA – Christopher J. Chase, 23, was charged with second-degree harassment. Deputies on Saturday evening responded to a domestic incident at a residence in Salamanca. Following an investigation, Chase was charged and taken to court for arraignment. He was released and is due back in court at a later date.
PORTVILLE – Lisa M. Beeman, 29, of Lillibridge Road, was charged with allegedly violating probation. Deputies on Saturday issued a warrant for Beeman for violating probation. She was turned over to Olean police to await arraignment.
SOUTH DAYTON – Nadine A. Nietupski, 23, of High Street, Cassadaga, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Police on Saturday at 9 p.m. charged Nietupski after a warrant was issued in Randolph Court. She was arraigned and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.
ASHFORD – John M. Burn, 49, of Newman Street, Springville, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt. Police on Feb. 8 charged Burn after a warrant was issued in Ashford Court stemming from an incident that occurred on Feb. 7. He was arraigned and remanded to county jail.
EAST OTTO – Donald R. Macmillan, 45, of Hill Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated, unsafe tire, failure to keep right, failure to maintain lane and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Police on Feb. 7 were dispatched to a car accident. Macmillan was allegedly observed leaving in the vehicle that had front-end damage. He is due back in court at a later date.
NEW ALBION – Jamie M. Jimerson, 38, of Eagle Street, Salamanca, was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny. Police on Saturday received a call of a possible burglary. An investigation found a gas can had been taken from a garage. Jimerson was taken to Otto Court and was arraigned. She was remanded to county jail.
SALAMANCA – Todd C. Ullman, 53, of Washington Street, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. A search warrant was executed Monday at 4:35 p.m. in Salamanca following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office and members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. Salamanca police also assisted. Ullman was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Salamanca Court at a later date. Additional charges are pending.

BEMUS POINT – Michael Babbage, 19, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Troopers on Monday pulled Babbage over on Route 430 for allegedly not wearing his seatbelt. Police smelled marijuana in the vehicle, and when searching the vehicle found a billy club 2 feet in length. Babbage was processed and released on an appearance ticket. He was not charged with marijuana possession as the amount located did not constitute a violation of the law.
KENNEDY – Dorene Camarata, 63, was charged with second-degree harassment. Troopers on Feb. 6 responded to a residence for a complaint of harassment. The victim reported allegedly being harassed by Camarata on several occasions. Camarata is scheduled to appear in court to answer the charge.

PORTLAND – Zachary Cave, 25, of Webster Road, Fredonia, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Deputies on Feb. 7 were speaking to Cave regarding an unrelated incident when they noticed an odor of marijuana coming from his vehicle. A small amount of marijuana was found. Cave was issued an appearance ticket and will be back in court at a later date.
POMFRET – Pedro Vazquez-Torres, of Monroe Street, Dunkirk, was charged with failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated and a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater. Deputies on Saturday at 11 p.m. received a complaint of a vehicle that was driving in an unsafe manner. Vazquez-Torres was found to be driving while intoxicated and refused to submit to a pre-screen alcohol sensor. He was issued appearance tickets and will be back in court at a later date.
HANOVER – Alfredo L. Brown, 32, of Irving, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, DWI per se with a BAC of .08 percent or greater, first-degree felony aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, failure to keep right and unsafe lane change. Deputies on Saturday at 12:34 a.m. observed a vehicle fish tailing in the roadway. The vehicle spun out of control and began driving in the other direction. Brown was found to be intoxicated when stopped by police. He was arraigned in court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail.

Jesse Huddleston, of East Fairmount Avenue, Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Police said Huddleston on Friday stole merchandise from Wal-Mart in Lakewood totaling $64.24. He was issued appearance tickets and will be in Busti Court at a later date.

Bryan J. Cantanese, 21, of Stockton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and moving from a lane unsafely. Police on Saturday at 2 a.m. observed a vehicle driving the wrong way on a one-way street. The vehicle almost collided with a patrol car as it moved from the lane. Cantanese was found to be intoxicated. A blood alcohol test showed him to have a BAC nearly three times the legal limit. He was issued uniform traffic tickets and will be in court at a later date.
Edward A. Christensen, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Police on Friday at 4:20 p.m. were notified by employees at Farm Fresh Foods that a male was seen placing several food items in his pants before leaving the store. Christensen was transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident.
WESTFIELD POLICE
Edward A. Wood, 43, of Felton Road, was charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument and speeding. Police on Feb. 4 observed a vehicle at a high rate of speed. Investigation found Wood to be in possession of hypodermic syringes. Wood will be back in court at a later date.

Kelly C. Buffone, 42, of Salisbury Road, Jamestown, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. Police on Feb. 7 charged Buffone for calling a victim over a period of time and threatening and harassing the victim. Buffone was arraigned in Ellicott Court and will be back in court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN – Michael Norrod, 33, of Dearing Avenue, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Norrod was stopped at a road check on Route 60 in the town of Ellicott. Marijuana was found on his shirt, police said. Norrod was issued an appearance ticket and released.
RANDOLPH – Devan M. Huntington, 18, of Route 232, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Huntington was stopped on Saturday for having a headlight out. Officers noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle, and 18 grams was found. Huntington was issued an appearance ticket and released.
WESTFIELD – Taylor Woodward, of Felton Road, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Woodward on Saturday was stopped during a road check and was found to be in possession of less than .5 grams of cocaine and less than 25 grams of marijuana in plain view. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

Jason A. Gallo, of 7 Terrace Place, Jamestown was charged at 8:36 p.m. on Thursday with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded to 7 Terrace Place for a domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers located Gallo inside the residence and the victim outside. After further investigation, Gallo pushed and hit the victim several times prior to officers arrival, and there was a child in a proximity to the altercation. Gallo was arrested, without incident, transported to city jail without incident and he is awaiting arraignment.

SOUTH DAYTON – Stevens A. Masters, 29, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 3:05 a.m. Tuesday on Park Street. It was reported to troopers that Masters was an unwanted guest in a nearby residence. He was located sleeping in the passenger seat of a car parked outside the Park Street residence. During the investigation, it was discovered that Masters was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and two smoking pipes. He was released on an appearance ticket for Village of South Dayton Court on Monday at 7:30 p.m.

Charles H. McCracken, 31, of 85 Summit St., Salamanca was taken into custody on a bench warrant Wednesday for failure to pay a fine. He posted $160 bail and will appear in City Court on Feb. 13 at 9 a.m.
Judson D. Beattie, 26, of 74 Adams St., Salamanca was taken into custody on a bench warrant for trespassing and second-degree harassment Tuesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for City Court.
Jason Knapp, 22, of 14 Linwood Ave., Salamanca was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Tuesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for City Court on Feb. 15 at 9 a.m.
Jacob A. Robinson, 19, of 4345 Route 353, Salamanca was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Tuesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for City Court on Feb. 15 at 9 a.m.

ELLERY – Two 16-year-old juveniles were issued appearance tickets on Wednesday at 10:59 p.m. after an investigation of marijuana was conducted on Dutch Hollow Road. Two female subjects were allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana. Both are scheduled to appear in Ellery Court at a later date.
RIPLEY – Wanda Bentley, 67, of Loomis Street was charged with petit larceny. Bentley was charged following an investigation that she allegedly stole signs that were in support of a “no” vote in the Ripley school consolidation talks. Bentley was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Ripley Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Jennifer M. McIntyre, 28, of Shadyside Road, Busti was charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. Police on Tuesday were called to Home Depot on Fairmount Avenue at 5 p.m. for a female who had allegedly walked out of the store with a drill set and leaving in a black SUV. The woman was later found at a Busti residence. McIntyre was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
Joseph P. Pratt, 25, of Kiantone Road was charged with theft of service. Police on Jan. 23 responded to Red Roof Inn for a suspect who had spent the night at the hotel but allegedly did not pay. Police were told Pratt was identified as the subject, and a warrant was issued. He was arraigned in Ellicott Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
Anthony M. Spitale, 17, of Dailey Hill Road was charged with petit larceny. Spitale was charged after an investigation of a pair of sweatpants that were allegedly removed from a school locker. Spitale was given an appearance ticket and will appear in court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN – E. Marquelle Marshall, 18, of Dunkirk was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police stopped a vehicle on Route 60 in the town of Ellicott for no tail lights. Police could allegedly smell marijuana in the vehicle and later found three grams. Marshall was released on an appearance ticket.

POMFRET – Robert M. Mooney, 23, of Fredonia was charged with reckless driving and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Police on Saturday responded to a report of an auto accident. An investigation showed Mooney was allegedly operating his vehicle recklessly in the snow when he struck a parked tractor-trailer. Mooney then fled the scene, but was located by police a short distance away and taken into custody. He suffered no injuries and will appear in Pomfret Court at a later date.
CHERRY CREEK – Kevin Pattyson, 22, of Cherry Creek was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Occupants at two residences in Cherry Creek on Saturday were awoken by an intruder during the early morning. The intruder left both homes without confrontation. An investigation led to the arrest of Pattyson, who was found in his residence on a warrant. He was arraigned in Cherry Creek Court and was committed to Chautauqua County Jail with bail set at $10,000.
FRENCH CREEK – Zoe A. Brooks, 20, of Latrobe, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, moving from a lane unsafely and using a handheld electronic device and Jesse A. Yates, 21, of Edinboro, Pa., was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI with a BAC of .18 percent or greater and parking on the highway. Police on Sunday responded to a single-car accident in the town of French Creek. Brooks was allegedly operating a vehicle while texting when she drove off the road and down an embankment. Brooks was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Her boyfriend, Yates, identified himself and said he arrived to help Brooks. Yates’ vehicle was parked in the middle of the road at the scene of the accident. Yates also was found to be intoxicated. Both were transported to Mayville and were released to a third party and to appear in court at a later date.
FRENCH CREEK – Joseph P. Ariste, 46, of Rocky River, Ohio, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing a breath test, speed not reasonable for conditions and moving from a lane unsafely. Deputies on Saturday came upon a vehicle that had driven off the road on Cantebury Drive. Ariste was identified as the driver and was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was released with appearance tickets and will appear in French Creek Court at a later date.
SILVER CREEK – Kim M. Perry, 46, of Hanover Street, Silver Creek, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration for resisting arrest. Police on Monday at 1:57 a.m. were approached by Perry, who allegedly attempted to interfere with the arrest of two subjects. After being warned to leave the area, deputies attempted to place Perry into custody. She resisted arrest and was eventually charged. She was issued appearance tickets and is due back in court at a later date.
LAKEWODD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Paul D. Martinez, 47, of Johnson Street, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Martinez was charged on a warrant following an incident on Dec. 17 where he was allegedly found to be in possession of stolen property at the Barter Warehouse in Lakewood. A detainer was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail where Martinez is currently being held on unrelated charges. He is due in court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Brandon L. Quattrone, 29, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and growing a cannibas plant. Police on Monday at 12:10 a.m. were called to Flagg Avenue for a report of an unwanted person. An investigation revealed that Quattrone had been involved in a domestic incident with a female victim. Police then found a small growing operation. Navorria S. Green, 18, of Jamestown, also was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and growing a cannibas plant. Both were transported to city jail and held on bail.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Michael Thrasher, of Carlton Avenue, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Police on Jan. 19 were called for a possible underage party. Upon arrival police found several teenagers to be in possession of alcohol. No parents were located at the party. The owner, Thrasher, was then charged. All persons were issued appearance tickets and will appear in court at a later date.
Lori L. Kelsey, 47, of West Main Street, was charged with disorderly conduct. Police on Feb. 2 responded to Kwik Fill on West Main Street in Falconer for a report of disorderly conduct. Upon arrival police found Kelsey agitated. She left the store, allegedly swearing at officers. She then walked into traffic, causing a vehicle to swerve into another lane. She was arraigned in Ellicott Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
William J. Giambelluca, 23, of Mosher Street, Falconer, was charged with five counts of petit larceny and four counts of second-degree forgery. Giambelluca was charged after an investigation into stolen checks. He was arraigned in Ellicott Court and scheduled to appear back in court at a later date.
Johhanna I. Vazquez, of Sixth Street, Jamestown, was charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument. Police investigated an incident that occurred at Kmart on Fairmount Avenue on Jan. 24. Vazquez allegedly attempted to use credit cards that did not belong to her. A warrant was then obtained and Vazquez turned herself into police. She will be in court at a later date.
Heather A. Yahn, 37, of Wigren Road, Frewsburg, was charged with following too closely, moving from a lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and DWI per se. Police on Sunday at 2 a.m. charged Yahn after she moved from a lane unsafely in her vehicle. She was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Yahn was issued appearance tickets and will be in court at a later date.
Michael S. Oldro, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and aggravated DWI. Police responded on Saturday for a report of a vehicle off the roadway. It was determined Oldro was intoxicated and had a revoked driver’s license as the result of a felony DWI after having a BAC of .21 percent. He was arraigned in court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
Steven D. Schrecengost, 18, of Swan Street, Jamestown, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. Police say the subject called and threatened to harm a victim. A warrant was issued. Schrecengost was arraigned and remanded to county jail.
Catherine I. Washburn, 49, of South Nine Mile Road, Allegany, was charged with two counts of issuing bas checks. Police said Washburn issued the checks to a Falconer business from an account that had been closed. She was issued appearance tickets and will be back in court at a later date.

BROCTON – Adam Neubauer, 22, of 32 Ponderosa Drive, Brocton, and Clint Catchot, 19, of 30 Sequoia Drive, Brocton, were each charged following a fight Saturday. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to 30 Sequoia Drive at 2 a.m. to investigate a verbal fight. Upon arrival, deputies found Neubauer and Catchot both in an intoxicated state. Further investigation revealed that Neubauer had purchased an alcoholic beverage, gave it to Catchot, and shared a drink with the underage Brocton resident. Neubauer was charged with unlawful dealing with a child while Catchot was charged with underage possession of alcohol. Both were issued appearance tickets for Village of Brocton Court at a later date.
BEMUS POINT – Brianna R. Lopez, 24, of Bemus Point was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate lights Friday. Deputies stopped a vehicle driven by Lopez at 6:39 p.m. for inadequate headlights. An investigation showed that her driving priveleges were suspended in New York state for failing to appear to answer a summons. Lopez will appear in Town of Ellery Court later this month.
DUNKIRK – Maria A. Rios, 27, of Dunkirk was turned over to Dunkirk City Police after being pulled over for inadequate headlights Friday at 10:14 p.m. on Route 60. It was determined that Rios had an active warrant in the city of Dunkirk for second-degree harassment.
HANOVER – Alberta C. Bogle, 57, of Angell Road, Silver Creek, was charge with second-degree harassment Thursday. Deputies were dispatched to the Angell Road trailer park at 9:35 p.m. for a harassment complaint. It is alleged that Bogle flicked cigarette ashes on the face of her co-tenant’s daughter after Bogle had threatened the daughter that she was going to burn her face. Bogle was taken into custody and released with appearance tickets for Town of Hanover Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Aaron C. Seitz, 43, of Silver Creek was charged with failure to signal a turn and unlawful possession of marijuana Friday. Deputies stopped a vehicle for failing to signal a turn from Alleghany Road onto Angell Road at 7:30 p.m. Deputies determined Seitz to be the operator and allegedly smelled the odor of marijuana. Upon investigation, Seitz was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. He was taken into custody and later released with traffic citations and appearance tickets for Town of Hanover Court at a later date.

Aaron A. Chase, 24, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Saturday. Chase was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana in the village of Lakewood at 5:58 p.m. He was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Busti Court at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Donald L. Cotter Jr., 30, of 6490 Pine Tree Road, Apt. 215, Ellicottville was charged at 5:25 a.m. on Thursday, in the town of Salamanca, with failure to maintain lane, move from lane unsafely, open alcoholic container within a vehicle, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, driving while intoxicated and DWI blood alcohol content over .08 percent. Cotter was found passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in a ditch on Bucktooth Run road in the town of Salamanca. Upon initial contact and roadside field sobriety tests were done, cotter was placed under arrest and charged. He was arraigned at the Town of Salamanca Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. He will appear in the town of Salamanca Court at 7 p.m. on Monday.

FREDONIA – Kevin D. Astry, 27, of Fredonia was charged at 2:13 a.m. on Sunday with driving while intoxicated-common law, DWI per se blood alcohol content .08 percent or higher and failure to stop violation. Deputies observed a vehicle fail to stop prior to the stop line at the intersection of Vineyard Drive and Central Avenue in the city of Dunkirk. Astry was found to be the operator and upon further investigation he was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested, issued traffic tickets and is to appear in city court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
John T. Seeley III, 57, of 12 Shaver St., Jamestown was charged at 8:10 p.m. on Thursday with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Jamestown Police Department officers were dispatched to 12 Shaver St. for a domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a 7-year old female with facial injuries. Officers also made contact with Seeley, the child’s father. Upon investigation, officers determined that he had a verbal disagreement with the child and threw a book at her, striking her in the face. The child was taken to WCA Hospital for treatment for injury to her nose. Seeley was arrested and transported to City Jail without incident.
Robert B. Breth, 49, of Main Street, Falconer was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest Friday at 5:40 p.m. Jamestown police responded to a report of a disorderly male at a Barrett Avenue residence. Upon arrival, Breth intentionally obstructed officers from completing the investigation. While officers attempted to take him into custody, Breth intentionally attempted to prevent officers from doing so. He was taken to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.

LAKEWOOD – James M. Ormsby, 35 of 116 Water St., Jamestown was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation (driving on a suspended license, alcohol-related) and Sherell V. Baker, 55, of 2855 Donelson Road, Jamestown was charged with speed not reasonable at 9:11 a.m. on Friday. Ormsby was traveling south on Southwestern Drive and Baker was northbound. Baker crossed the center line and struck the Ormsby vehicle head-on. Both drivers were transported to WCA by the Lakewood and Busti fire departments.

BEMUS POINT – John Sirianno, 52, of Route 430 was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding. Deputies on Wednesday at 8:39 p.m. pulled Sirianno over for speeding. An investigation found him to have a suspended license for failure to answer a summons. He appeared in Charlotte Court and will appear in Ellery Court at a later date.
BUSTI – A house fire on Tuesday night on Lawson Road has been labeled as accidental by the Chautauqua County fire investigation team. An investigation into the fire, which began at 11 p.m., determined the blaze started on the bed. Police believe an electric blanket left on started the fire. No injuries were reported.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Harry G. Ratliff, 42, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Officers on Wednesday took a report of a male using a stolen debit/credit card at several area businesses. Police were able to locate Ratliff for stealing the card from a residence where he was working. He is being held in city jail pending arraignment. Investigation is ongoing.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Alberto J. Acevedo, 22, of Newland Avenue, Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Acevedo was charged following two separate incident at Wal-Mart in January. On Jan. 2, he entered the store and reportedly stole merchandise. Police said Acevedo on Jan. 8 again entered the store and broke a lock before stealing merchandise. Police said he stole $1,587 worth of merchandise. A detainer was sent to Chautauqua County Jail where Acevedo is being held on unrelated charges. He is due back in court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
HINSDALE – Drew W. Holland, 28, of Olean-Portville Road, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Holland was stopped by deputies on Tuesday at 9:55 a.m. on Route 16 after an incident that occurred in the city of Olean. He was issued a traffic ticket and was released to Olean police. Holland will appear in court at a later date.
DAYTON – Jeffery A. Schosek, 29, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. Deputies charged Schosek following a motor vehicle accident in the town of Dayton. He was transported to Lake Shore Hospital for minor injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
