JAMESTOWN POLICE – Evein E. Fuller, 19, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with felony second-degree assault. Around 2:30 p.m., officers of the first platoon responded to a Northside address for a reported stabbing. Officers quickly located Fuller and placed him into custody. It is alleged Fuller had stabbed a subject during an argument over a cellphone. Fuller was transported to city jail without incident and held pending arraignment. Finney, 30, of Corry was charged with failure to keep right, DWI, DWI per se and tampering with physical evidence at 6:07 p.m. July 12 after a motor vehicle accident on Clymer-Sherman Road. Deputies were dispatched to a single motor vehicle accident with no injuries. Upon arrival, Deputies identified the operator as Finney, who was allegedly driving while intoxicated. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Athena M. Partyka, 22, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering and resisting arrest. On Friday, at approximately 5:30 a.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department's third platoon responded to a panic alarm at a downtown address. Upon arrival, they found Partyka, a 22-year-old resident of Jamestown, inside the business displaying erratic behavior.
