JAMESTOWN POLICE - Jacob F. Harris, 28, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal mischief after a domestic incident at an east side home. Harris allegedly damaged a door during an argument with her partner and allegedly threatened the other person with a knife. Harris was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned. She was later released.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — CHAUTAUQUA — The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office was made aware of a vehicle complaint on Route 430 around 5 p.m. Friday. Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop and identified the operator to be Jack E. Wyant, 21, of Kennedy. Following an investigation, Wyant was found to be driving while intoxicated. He was taken into custody and charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, speed in zone, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Weldr, 43, of Mayville was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 9:30 a.m. Thursday after a domestic incident on Canada Road. Welder allegedly communicated electronic threats of harm to a woman and allegedly damaged property belonging to the woman. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Eliel Rodriguez, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child at 10:09 p.m. Tuesday after officers on a STRIVE domestic violence detail responded to a residence on the south side of Jamestown for a reported domestic dispute. Rodriguez was allegedly involved in an altercation with another person in front of multiple children that reportedly caused the children to be visibly upset and endangered their welfare.
