Finney, 30, of Corry was charged with failure to keep right, DWI, DWI per se and tampering with physical evidence at 6:07 p.m. July 12 after a motor vehicle accident on Clymer-Sherman Road. Deputies were dispatched to a single motor vehicle accident with no injuries. Upon arrival, Deputies identified the operator as Finney, who was allegedly driving while intoxicated. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Athena M. Partyka, 22, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering and resisting arrest. On Friday, at approximately 5:30 a.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department's third platoon responded to a panic alarm at a downtown address. Upon arrival, they found Partyka, a 22-year-old resident of Jamestown, inside the business displaying erratic behavior. Becker, 38, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child at 7 p.m. Wednesday after officers working a STRIVE detail responded to south side address for a reported fight with weapons. ELLICOTT POLICE Fabrianna Wright, 28, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on July 3 at 4:45 p.m. after Ellicott police responded to a shoplifting complaint.
