JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Alyshialynn Ryan, 21, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and other traffic tickets on Saturday. At 12:05 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at Allen and Maple streets. A subsequent investigation revealed that Ryan, a resident of Jamestown, was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Ryan was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. She was released on an appearance ticket and is to be in Jamestown City Court on a later date. — Amy E. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Justin A. Conklin, 27, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated criminal contempt, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree strangulation and second-degree assault after officers responded to a reported domestic dispute at 2:16 a.m. Friday on the north side of Jamestown. Conklin allegedly strangled the other person, causing a loss of consciousness and physical injury. Conklin had a valid Order of Protection to stay-away from the other person. Allen, 29, of Jamestown was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree assault, second-degree imprisonment and second-degree harassment at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side home for a reported domestic incident.
