CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — HARMONY — At approximately 9:12 a.m. Sunday, deputies were dispatched to a reported altercation on Madden Road. Upon further investigation, 33-year-old Kyle D. Elderkin did intentionally damage property inside of a residency. Mays, 21, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree imprisonment at 1 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a west side home for a report of a physical domestic dispute on W. Fifth St. Upon arrival, officers allegedly saw Mays pulling a pregnant woman into the residence by her hair. Officers chased Mays into the residence, and were able to separate the two individuals.
