JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Athena M. Partyka, 22, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering and resisting arrest. On Friday, at approximately 5:30 a.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department's third platoon responded to a panic alarm at a downtown address. Upon arrival, they found Partyka, a 22-year-old resident of Jamestown, inside the business displaying erratic behavior. Becker, 38, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child at 7 p.m. Wednesday after officers working a STRIVE detail responded to south side address for a reported fight with weapons. Becker allegedly swung a baseball bat in a threatening manner toward another person and a young child. Officers found Becker a short distance away and he was taken into custody without incident. ELLICOTT POLICE Fabrianna Wright, 28, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on July 3 at 4:45 p.m. after Ellicott police responded to a shoplifting complaint. It’s alleged Wright took merchandise belonging to Target while having a six-month-old and a 13-year-old present with her. Wright was reportedly found a short distance from the store in a vehicle. Falconer man has bail revoked in false firearm statement case

Bail has been revoked and forfeited by a Falconer, N.Y., man who has pleaded guilty to making a false written statement in the purchase, delivery or transfer of a firearm. Brent Frary had withdrawn a guilty plea he had made in October prior to sentencing in November by Judge Gregory Hammond in the Court of Common Pleas. The Warren County Public Defender’s Office made a motion to withdraw the guilty plea, which Hammond then granted. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Katie E. Keeler, 34, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 5:29 p.m. Sunday after officers responded to a north side home for a reported unwanted person. Officers arrived on the scene and found that Keeler allegedly violated a stay away Order of Protection with the victim. Keeler was found a short distance away and charged without incident. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Phillip E. Hinkley, 55, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. At approximately 7:13 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a local business on the south side of the city for two unattended juveniles. Through investigation, it was found both juveniles were alone and had rode an ATV to the store, and without helmets. Officers made contact with the father, Hinkley, who was supposed to be in charge of the juveniles.
