WESTFIELD POLICE - WESTFIELD - Roman J. Weaver of Westfield was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 1:23 p.m. Monday after officers were dispatched to a Westfield home for a report of an unwanted person. Weaver allegedly was violating an order of protection. He was charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Part program. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — WESTFIELD —- At around 8 p.m. Friday, deputies of the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported past tense altercation. Through an investigation it was found that 41-year-old, Larry M. Houser of Westfield did subject another person to unwanted physical contact as well as prevent them from contacting emergency services. Houser was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
