JAMESTOWN POLICE - Michael A. Bane, 27, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt at 12:09 p.m. Monday after city police allegedly saw Bane walking with a woman on the city’s south side who had an active order of protection for Bane to stay away from her. Bane was charged without incident and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
