Coon, 33, of Mayville was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 1:03 p.m. Monday after deputies responded to an address in the town of Chautauqua for a report of an altercation. Coon allegedly damaged the property of another person valued at more than $250. Estus, 49, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 1:51 a.m. Friday after a Lakewood-Busti patrol officer pulled a vehicle over on Fairmount Avenue and Southwestern Drive. Assistance was provided by Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies, Ellicott police and the New York State Police, who charged Estus after an investigation.
