JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Alyshialynn Ryan, 21, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and other traffic tickets on Saturday. At 12:05 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at Allen and Maple streets. A subsequent investigation revealed that Ryan, a resident of Jamestown, was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Conklin, 27, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated criminal contempt, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree strangulation and second-degree assault after officers responded to a reported domestic dispute at 2:16 a.m. Friday on the north side of Jamestown.
