JAMESTOWN POLICE - Justin A. Conklin, 27, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated criminal contempt, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree strangulation and second-degree assault after officers responded to a reported domestic dispute at 2:16 a.m. Friday on the north side of Jamestown. Allen, 29, of Jamestown was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree assault, second-degree imprisonment and second-degree harassment at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side home for a reported domestic incident.
