CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — WESTFIELD —- At around 8 p.m. Friday, deputies of the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported past tense altercation. Through an investigation it was found that 41-year-old, Larry M. Houser of Westfield did subject another person to unwanted physical contact as well as prevent them from contacting emergency services. Houser was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was placed into custody and brought to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment for the alleged charges. ...

JAMESTOWN POLICE - Christopher Frederick, 56, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest at 7:45 a.m. Thursday after officers were dispatched to a business on the west side of Jamestown for a reported harassment complaint. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a woman who said an unknown white male approached her vehicle and began yelling threats at her while her 11-year-old son was inside the vehicle. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Jacob F. Harris, 28, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal mischief after a domestic incident at an east side home. Harris allegedly damaged a door during an argument with her partner and allegedly threatened the other person with a knife. Harris was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.
