JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Joseph R. Piazza, 42, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal tampering. Shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday, officers of the first platoon responded to an east side residence for a reported disorderly person complaint.
