DUNKIRK - A Fredonia woman has been charged after a months-long investigation into the theft of funds from nursing home patients. Around April 22, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Investigators received a complaint regarding the issue at a facility in the town of Dunkirk. A Falconer resident has pleaded guilty to producing child pornography just as his trial was underway. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Wednesday that 27-year-old Yusef E. Malik Myrick pleaded guilty to four counts of production of child pornography before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. following opening arguments in his federal jury trial. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Todd Dellahoy Jr., 28, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after officers on patrol saw Dellahoy Jr. riding a bicycle knowing he had outstanding warrants for his arrest.
