JAMESTOWN POLICE - Brenda K. Leeper, 58, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia at 8:45 a.m. Friday after a search warrant was executed at 107 Lister St., Jamestown, by narcotics detectives from the Jamestown Police Department and narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department. Warren police investigating stolen vehicle incident

Warren City police officers are investigating a stolen vehicle incident which occurred early Sunday morning in the area of the 500 block of Prospect Street. The vehicle was later recovered following a single-vehicle crash on Perimeter Road, just across the New York state line. According to witnesses at the scene of the crash, the driver fled the area on foot and was described as appearing to be in their mid-20s, with long brown hair and a blonde streak. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — STOCKTON — At around 11:41 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an altercation. Through an investigation it was found that 35-year-old, Zachary P. Kemp did intentionally damage and tamper with another person's property. Kemp was also found to be in possession of a rifle at the time of the arrest.
