CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE - MAYVILLE - Heather R. Coon, 33, of Mayville was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 1:03 p.m. Monday after deputies responded to an address in the town of Chautauqua for a report of an altercation. Coon allegedly damaged the property of another person valued at more than $250. Coon was taken to the Sheriff's Office for processing before being taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE - LAKEWOOD - Christina M. Estus, 49, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 1:51 a.m. Friday after a Lakewood-Busti patrol officer pulled a vehicle over on Fairmount Avenue and Southwestern Drive. Assistance was provided by Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies, Ellicott police and the New York State Police, who charged Estus after an investigation. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — MAYVILLE — At 8:22 a.m. Saturday, Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office stopped a vehicle on North Erie Street for a speed violation. It was later determined the vehicle operator, Peter Way, 31, of Pittsburgh, was driving while intoxicated. Way was issued tickets for driving while intoxicated, speed in zone, and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — MAYVILLE – On Aug. 17, the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division received a complaint of an incident taking place in the Chautauqua County Jail. It was reported to investigators that an incarcerated individual kicked a Corrections Officer causing physical injury. After an investigation, Robert L. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — CARROLL — Deputies responded to an address for a reported altercation at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. It was reported that Jordan Beardsley did engage in a physical altercation with a subject that violated an order of protection. Beardsley was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree harassment. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT MINA — On Sunday around 9:53 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a property damage accident on Interstate 86. Deputies identified an individual on scene as Henry B. Stovall Jr., 49, of Jamestown. Through investigation it was found that Stovall had an active warrant out of the State of Pennsylvania. Stovall was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail and charged with being a Fugitive of Justice. Stovall was being held in jail pending his extradition hearing back to Pennsylvania.
