Federal Agents Serve Warrant At Warren Business

WARREN, Pa. — Federal agents served warrants at five Hertel and Brown Physical and Aquatic therapy locations, including one in Warren County, Tuesday morning.

According to a Tuesday release from Scott Brady, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania:

“Today, special agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Health and Human Services — Office of Inspector General, Department of Veterans Affairs – Office of Inspector General, and the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General executed court authorized federal search warrants at the following locations:

902 W. Erie Plaza Drive, Erie;

8270 Peach St., Suite 400, Erie;

3911 Avonia Road, Fairview;

4472 Buffalo Road, Erie; and

2 Farm Colony Drive, Warren.”

A ‘closed’ sign was taped to the door of the Warren office late Tuesday morning.

A representative of the U.S. Attorney’s office said further details would not be immediately released.
