Warren Woman Charged After Driving In Stolen Vehicle

A Warren woman has been charged after allegedly driving a stolen vehicle on Fairmount Avenue in Lakewood. Jessica M. Wolfgang, 45, of Warren was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 1:57 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, deputies pulled the vehicle over after it had been reported stolen out of the city of Jamestown. Wolfgang was issued appearance tickets to be in Busti Town Court later. Fredonia Mayor Sounds New Warnings Over Water Situation

Fredonia Mayor Michael Ferguson said Fredonia “will be a ghost town” unless a plan to connect with the North County Water District moves forward.
